  5. Willis is a good , not great running back, with a better line and motivation he will be a very good back , he is not a problem. He has been used in a fashion this year that can only be discribed as interesting. Give him the ball more and with a better line he runs for 1600+ . I am thankfull that he has not got injured this season and beaten to hell for nothing. A back has about five years of being at top of their game. What a shame it would be that one of Willis's five was pissed away on this year. No Willis is not the man himslef, to lead team to playoffs but certainly can be a most important part of team that can go to playoffs and better. We look for Gods , when what the Bills need are workers......
  6. Boxer Baby Joe Mesi has scored a knockout in his quest to return to the ring. Mesi, 32, the former heavyweight contender from the Town of Tonawanda, was able on Monday afternoon to convince a judge in Nevada that he has a legal right to return the ring. The Nevada State Athletic Commision had suspended Mesi' boxing license following brain-bleeding injuries he suffered in a March 2004 fight against Vassily Jirov. Boxing officials felt that Mesi was not medically cleared to fight, however, he argued otherwise. Mesi today brought his lawsuit against the Nevada State Athletic Commission to that state's 6th Judicial District Court on grounds that the suspension violated his constitutional right to due process. The judge, Douglas Herndon, agreed. Joe Mesi I really do fear for him, wish he would move on.........

  19. Whether refined or not, all oils are sensitive to heat, light and exposure to oxygen. Rancid oil has an unpleasant aroma and acrid taste, and its nutrients are greatly diminished. Regardless of refinement, it's best to store all oils in the refrigerator. Oils may thicken, but if you let them stand at room temperature they'll soon return to liquid. To prevent negative effects of heat and light, take oils out of cold storage just long enough to use them. Refined oils high in monounsaturated fats keep up to a year in the refrigerator, while those high in polyunsaturated fats keep about six months.Extra-virgin and virgin olive oils keep about a year after opening. Olive and other monounsaturated oils keep well up to eight months; unrefined polyunsaturated oils only about half as long. The issue of not refrigerating oils is that bacteria can grow the result being food poisoning
