Antonio Brown and J. Peters released.
millbank replied to IBTG81's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Also wish they could find a space for Jason Peters such a big man and he is only twenty two, as said above working with him in two years he could be a very useful player. -
There are more than 30 million people in Canada, most of whom are within spitting distance of the local CFL team. Only one man is prohibited from going to a CFL game. Naturally enough, he's from Hamilton. His name is Christopher Stevenson. He's 28 years old, 6-foot-3, just under 300 pounds. Stevenson is sitting this one out, because after the last football game he attended, the 2002 Labour Day Classic, he attacked an Argonauts fan named John Reeves outside Ivor Wynne Stadium and bit off a piece of his right ear. - in Canada apparently the rivalry between Hamilton and Toronto is very intense where fans at these football games do get very drunked up and much action happens, in this case on man spilled his beer on another. The man who ran on race course and grabbed Marathoner De Lima received only a $3600 fine and was sent home. De Lima says this guy will one day be killed or kill someone one day. Marathon Intruder

Anyone else think that TD should sign an injury
millbank replied to Mike32282's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I would like to see them fill the backup spot in such a fashion that they have some money available to use on a late cut or two who might be able to help offensive line , having to go out and spend money on a quarterback now makes less cash available for some replacements thats a real pain...... -
The jets before they got Carter were in the same postion Bills are today with their main backup injured and no viable replacement. they had even brought in akai smith last week and had thought of even bringing Rob Johnson, there is not a snow balls chance they would at this time trade Carter to anyone and frankyl the Jets trading Carter to Bills and helping a adversary with non Viable healthy backup to replace him , would have been as crazy as Bills trading Travis to fish. Time will tell if Jets got lucky on this one and Bills just a week late as Losman was injured and could have gone after Carter as well

eetering on the brink of potential disaster at the backup quarterback spot, the Buffalo Bills got some relatively good news Monday, as an MRI exam indicated Travis Brown did not tear the anterior cruciate ligament of his left knee, as originally feared. Instead, the injury, suffered in Saturday night's preseason loss at Indianapolis, is to the medial collateral ligament. The sprain probably will sideline Brown, the top backup to starter Drew Bledsoe, for four to six weeks. -said to have Shane Matthews at top of list Jags also released Doug Johnson,,,,,,, Travis Brown

Thank you Scott for your efforts and those who have helped out. -
Thats right , both teams came wearing their white jerseys , so the U.S who are staying on a ship , had to wait until they got their red jerseys from that ship

"What's the big deal? It is very sexist when you have men wearing Lycra in practically every sport. "Why should I have to explain why I'm wearing a vest when it's 98 degrees here in Athens? It would be utterly ridiculous to wear anything else in that kind of heat." - bbc announcer Not Your Token Dollybird

i think he was also and does he ever have his smilies working well together... love those new smilies.... almost like the rocketts.....

Willis will get a long look tomorrow , it will be interestng. To say the least, the faster he can learn and step in to compliment Travis the better the Bills will be.

The Jets beat the Giants tonight , Kurt Warner looked good, Eli Manning was 4 - 14 with two int and a fumble passed for 20 yards Jets and Giants

Is it really Alaska Darin's birthday today?

A bag of candy shocked a local grandmother and will most likely shock you. The toy inside looks like a plane flying right into the Twin Towers. Now, that toy is off some local store shelves because of our story. It doesn't stop there, though. That grandmother was surprised, again, when she read the numbers imprinted on the toy. (No. 9.0.11) Until Thursday afternoon, the little toys were on sale to kids around Central Florida -- two towers with a jetliner in between that appears to be crashing into one of the buildings. They come in packages along with candy. Company that made them from China says it is not intentional.. Toy

For all of you rooting against (spoiler)
millbank replied to 1billsfan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I certainly am rooting for the team to win and also hope that those who have put together the team have learned a lesson in putting a team together that is appropriate for international play rather than messaging egos. Its evident to all that watch that the days just putting a group of supposed stars together and the rest of the world will fall over are done. If they do win a gold this time it will be by the skin of their teeth and lets hope that adjusts their heads some. -
For Bills to succeed this season it will be important that Willis play a key role , just as Travis got injured odds are he will again during the season if Willis can step in and the offense still function well, it will be a huge factor. The issue isnt if he will replace Travis but will Wilis compliment Travis and the two work together....

Sam also said Ruben had 53 guys on his side and Ruben did speak up fo them Ruben hardly a quitter, he had the 53 guys with him that most mattered . One more will speak up as Gash has , and Ruben will be owed a few apologies from many...
-
really such a good listen , Gash is just so straight forward and real. One he did say was that he really did like coach Williams, that Williams was a very good man that he did lose the team around game eight when they didnt change Gilbride, if he had of Sam feels Williams would still be here..
