Not going to argue the WRs as a whole were not good.... I was saying that before last season even began.
With that said, if you watched the Texans Chiefs divisional playoff game you would’ve noticed the Chiefs WRs dropping perfectly thrown balls left and right to start the game.... didn’t matter because Mahomes is just so good and so consistent. With Josh there was just too little room for error so a drop or two looks massive because he’s too erratic and inconsistent with his throws(at least to this point in his career).
Our receivers group as a whole has been lacking for two consecutive seasons, our QB play is slowly getting better, ( a bit to slow to my liking but I get impatient in my old age) and PM is stunningly good at this point in his short career, it will be be a season of comparisons of past and present performances amongst all the contending teams, sure hope Josh and the ball catchers sync up quickly... it will make all the difference imo.

Well yes of course.... If I was to guess why the Bills don’t make the Super Bowl next year I would say it will be because their QB wasn’t good enough in the specific game that they get eliminated, whichever game that is.
It could be because of QB play, It may also be because of a dropped pass, that loses a playoff game... or a super bowl, we have seen the first of those two already. And it can be both of those reasons. There is a good deal of grey vs only black or white... It sure would be nice if both our QB and his receivers up their respective games so that neither is the issue ?

What’s the under/over he makes it through a full season?

As a season ticket holder, I won’t exactly be thrilled if we can’t attend games. In fact I might go and burn the building down
Go for it, what could possibly go wrong with such a well thought out notion???

Expensive mistake. Very. Young and dumb is no great excuse but that’s what this boils down to imo. Time will tell if he grows up learns from this and has no further issues. I’m not so holier than though I’ve done it when I was young and dumb too. I just didn’t have millions in the bank at the time. It probably wouldn’t have made any difference money doesn’t buy maturity. This is a cautionary tale if you go out to party plan ahead bring a designated driver and don’t assume you will make great decisions after drinking when you’re already impaired. Period.
This ^^^
I’m no angel, and have had a run in with the law as a youngster, and I turned out to be a decent human being, and Ed likely will as well. I have no qualms with youngsters smoking pot , drinking etc, It is that when one is older, one has the benefit of life experience/hind sight to be able to say some old guy adages about youth being wasted on the young... when you’re young you haven’t lived long enough to make good decisions all the time, it is just the truth of how life works. When I was young I had a high tolerance for risk, so I broke a variety of laws and had a damn good time doing it, I jumped out of a perfectly good airplane, joined the Marine Corp, etc etc, when I look back at the things I involved myself in, I’m lucky I’m still alive... Ed will have a similar moment when he is an old fart too. This is no big deal in all reality, we are only upset because it sticks a pin in our football bubble. I’m gonna get a beer and go down the YouTube rabbit hole, see you all later, ??

Well, imo the team will proceed as if Ed Oliver is not on the team, next man up. An opportunity for someone has come knocking...who opens the door? That is now the question.
Oh well, as sands through the hour glass go the days of our football lives.
edit; proceed as if he won’t be playing the first few games of the season...

I’m not sure who you guys are associating with, but maybe it’s time for a change. Does this level of racism exist? Of course, but if I thought 50% of the people I associate with lean towards being racist, I’d find another way to live.
even if that was your feeling, do you think it’s ok to imply that everyone else is a racist? I mean...shouldn’t posters be able to say that they don’t like cam newton and not be called a racist? That’s reasonable...right?
ive lived in wny the majority of my life, and although we all experienced racism, it never been to the level that some of you are making it out to be. I even come from an old school Italian family, and I can honesty say that race was never brought up.
I didn’t say pointy white hat, burning cross stuff, I said lean towards, and yes you can say you don’t like Cam Newton for valid reasons, I’m talking about people’s generational biases that have the result of... excluding people’s opportunities in a unconscious passive fashion that has been normalized, meaning they don’t even realize they are acting in such a fashion, people do these sorts of things. Call it what you will, I call it racial bias.

Could you explain what certain philosophy you’re referring to that you think exists in this board? It seems to me like you’re just stereotyping everyone on no real basis.
Maybe, in my experience a substantial minority, pushing fifty percent of folk in the white world I grew up in in western New York tend to lean towards being, shall we say, racially biased. And that has held true in the many places in America I have lived. Next time you see a confederate flag on someone’s automobile or house ask yourself the question...nuthin but luv, just a honest observation.

We all know that “some” won’t be able to wrap there brain around Allen succeeding on any level. They will wear themselves out talking around any success.
It is good to see Allen continue to refine/become more efficient in his craft, the kid is relentless in his desire to succeed. Gotta like that !

I see what you’re saying but as this phase includes no coaches, I don’t see it as a major issue, honestly.
In addition, there is value in ‘playing by the rules’ in my opinion.
Agree, advocating an organization wide systematic cheating scheme is not something to aspire too.

Pretty arbitrary and when they are just made up stuff. How is 75 a magic number? It depends on size of facility, how it is subdivided, etc.
Need to start looking at rules like Billicheat and find holes. When called on it say "I misunderstood" unless there are no consequences say "I am sorry" and just alter plans slightly.
Employees is a legal definition. Change some from employees to contractors (like cleaning staff) and they do not count.
A number of employees will work from home like they have been. One day a week have people working at facility work from home so those working at home can go to office for meetings.
Implement shifts and have some work days and some work later shift.
You can bet your backside that employees means anyone your company hires to be in the building, be it hiring contractors or direct hires. No way around that.

I think the only measure is wins, regular and post season. I think he may very well hit top ten what ever that is.
