Three points- 1) You want to trade Spikes- Even if salary cap concerns were not an issue. This team has very few top rated players- Spikes is the very best. Trade him and you water down the talent even more. 2) The thought of trading him for Baltimore- After Ozzie Newsome stops laughing it will never happen. A)Ogden is a top 15 player in the league, Spikes is around 50 at best. B) Ravens have Suggs and Lewis. They do not need another linebacker. 3) You rarely trade an established player for a draft pick. How have the Bills 1st round picks since 1997 faired? Lets review. A. Smith, pick traded for R. Johnson, A Winfield, E. Flowers, Clements, Williams, trade for Bledsoe and McGahee, Lee Evans and JP Losman. Are any of those guys better than Takeo?

It just does not work. Full of stevestogan vs Full of T-Bone. Full of T-bone sounds like you just came out of a dinner from the Outback Steak house.

That line makes Plummer look great. Plummer was getting killed in Arizona. Plummer looks like an All Pro. That line made Griese look good for awhile. You do not need great talent with great lines. This is TD's major downfall.

I think time will show GW as a good head coach. His first year he had no chance 8-8 in the second year was beyond expectations. 6-10 in year 3 was not good. All in all he made some poor choices. The staff-Offensively he had no clue. Defensively- Solid unit. Special Teams- I think he did a good job. Danny Smith was a good choice. Time may show that these team did not have the talent for him to be sucessful.

I have no problem with the punt. I have a problem calling a run when you know you are going to punt. Throw on 3-11 and try to win the game instead of trying not to lose it.

The Bills of the 90's had player in the top 5. The Bills of the 90's remind me of the Colts of today. It can be done.

What bothers me most is that I am agreeing with Jerry Sullivan!

You know what is sad. Jerry Sullivan is right. We over-rate the talent on this team and every year walk away without the playoffs and without a winning season. Why is that. Is it because we are loaded with talent? Ahhh No.

Do you really think the Bills have enough talented playmakers? No way.. I could list a ton of players on the Colts and Pats that are close to this. I look at the guys I listed and they are solid top 5 players. The Bills do not have enough talented players. They have a lot of nice players. A lot of 10-20 range players. But at the end of the day we do not get it done because we lack playmakers. Question- Longest offensive play of the day today? 27 yards. When the Bills were on Defense during the last drive- Who were you looking to make a play? I had no one in mind. I could think of no one that would step up

bottom line is we do not have enough talent.
