  1. It was also the moment that any fight the bills had left in them was lost. Also punting on 4th and 2 stuck by a lot was chicken sh**.
  2. It’s ridiculous. I hope we don’t need him for a game during the playoffs if we make it.
  3. I was thinking more of playoff time for a game. Like frank reich.
  4. Trubisky is not the answer. Bills need to upgrade qb2. Josh out for a couple of games and we r screwed.
  5. Same at kc one year. Like 33-6. And we still went to the bowl.
  6. I know right. Get out of Baltimore injury free and on to Houston. Short memory and move on.
  7. I’m so glad we punted on 4th and two. Because the defense really gave me confidence the first two drives to stop them on the 3rd. Ridiculous
  8. No. But we shouldn’t expect divisional playoff losses every year either.
  9. During the regular season you would be correct.
  10. Minor miracle we are only stuck 7 at halftime.
  11. I would have too think about it.
  12. Sorry I edited it. I meant that’s what I would sign him for
  13. 4 years 48.4. I wouldn’t sign him for anything more than 12 a year.
  14. Gotta disagree with you on that one.
  15. And the bills signed him
  16. Non-Bills: -DET vs. KC Super Bowl (Det wins) -CJ Stroud wins MVP -Jets win AFC east -Caleb Williams wins offensive rookie of the year Bills: -Sneak into playoffs as a wild card (9-8) -Keon Coleman 45 catches for 550 yds and 5tds -Bills lose in wild card round -McDermott retained as head coach due to defensive injuries at end of season -Von Miller not available for playoffs due to injury
  17. Can we get to some AFC championship games? Maybe have a Super Bowl appearance? Anything other than that with a qb like Josh Allen is to say the least disappointing. Losing with 13 seconds left, fake punts at your 30 yd line in the 3rd quarter in a one score game last year. Blame has to go somewhere. It appears you and I have very different measures of defining success. Early playoff exits, at least to me is not one of them.
  18. If he can stay healthy, I see no lies here. Bruce and Josh are my favorite players to ever wear a Bills jersey.
  19. Fair enough. You make some good points. I think you have more patience than I do. The hard part is having the wisdom to stay the course or blow it up and move in a different direction. Hopefully you will be right and Sean will lead us to the promised land.
  20. I don’t disagree with a lot of what you said. However there is enough anecdotal evidence to suggest that McDermott has had his fair of shortcoming's, primarily come playoff time. I think McDermott is a fantastic coach during the regular season, a phenomenal culture builder, and a true professional. With that being said, I also believe that he is not the one to lead us to the Superbowl. Does that make me a pessimist? At some point, something has to give. Repeated playoff futility or being thrilled about being on a “run” and being relevant again.
  21. And that’s the double edged sword. Objectively pointing out some hard truths, automatically qualifies one as being pessimistic. At least on this board anyways. Homerism would probably be the correct term to describe many posters. I get it people love the Bills. Some of us love the Bill too, but will never blindly make excuses or not criticize blatant mistakes.
  22. So are people who choose to ignore the bills shortcomings ignorant?
  23. It’s only pre-season, but damn you would think that some of these bubble guys would be playing with a little sense of urgency. Everyone just looks flat going through the motion.
