  1. I mean anyone could expect a visit from either. It doesn't get any worse than dead, but I'd prefer Seal Team 6, because they'd likely do a head shot, where the drone might blow limbs off, and cause more prolonged suffering.
  2. Actions still have consequences, even if you're able to make them seem unrelated. I don't feel he has criminal liability for that, but the electors plot I do fully.
  3. No, from the lawfare dept who has no interest in retribution, apparently, but who knows maybe Seal Team 6, because it is a perfectly legal option as well. The people who tell you not to worry are always the ones who throw the worst-case scenario at you first.
  4. You must not having been paying attention in class during fake electors scheme day. It was all set up to work legitimately. You'd be hoping that a group of generals would get together, and say, "no, what you did is crooked", and roll into Washington to remove the president, completely ignoring the fact that there would be likely another group of generals who felt that it was completely legitimate. The part that eats me alive is that MAGA nation doesn't even want the electors plot scheme to play out in court and will be happy when it all just evaporates. Well, this throws an ice-cold bucket of water on the idea that the deep state controls the left wing media to keep Biden in power. Thanks for this NCKaren. Guess it's time to create a whole new nonsense narrative. Maybe Ms. Kelly is already working on that as we speak.
  5. The funny part is they had already given them the right to cover up any evidence of the covert operation taken to get them. The administration can literally hand them only the information that they choose, which would prove their innocent. Whistleblower? Yeah, that isn't ever happening again. A bunch of short-sighted baboons. EASILY the most incompetent SC ever. Impeachable offense.
  6. Biden clearly dropped the ball. The right-wing media snatched that ball up, and handed our country over to the GQP. Maybe our best chance is a completely revamped voting system. Somehow we have to wrangle back enough representatives from the super powerful interest groups to make that happen, and the SCOTUS has made that incredibly hard. Grassroots movements from people, by people, for people who aren't blinded by the media, where no fringe nutjobs, or cults of personalities interested in culture war are welcome.
  7. Says who? Right now some rando judge is determining that on a case-by-case basis. If you recall, trumps fake electors scheme was actually based on electors instead of votes by qualified citizens. What was his official role in that???
  8. No, but that's the hand that we just got played, and again that goes for both sides. The simpletons think this is a win for them, but it's only a win for the executive branch. Biden doing something dumb, that the Republicans will certainly outdo in the future blaming the Democrats for, isn't the answer.
  9. I'm assuming Biden is going to bow out. The fact he blamed his declining mental facilities on aides is laughable. That won't fly with voters, and neither will his post-debate rally. If Hunter talks him into continuing, he will forever be known as the guy who destroyed American democracy even more than this SCOTUS.
  10. I think they need some good examples of what may or may not be official acts before they celebrate too hard, because there's no book on it. Once again the SCOTUS goes all willy nilly at precisely the time when we need a better understanding/confirmation of what's what. They are the best example of Irv's MESS that we've seen yet. The handmaiden had been doing good, and she even did make a good point on this, because this would have let Nixon rig that election legally.
  11. Sounds like he wants to steal the election, even though he was mad when trump tried to do the exact same thing. I'm not liking this one bit, but that's just not good form at all. That's all we need is for the crazy left to go full screw it all, and mimic the GQP.
  12. Yeah, because Congressman and federal judges yield as much power as the president. Dum da dum dum dumbs(Tums). Fact: Twitter makes people dumber, and following Mike Davis is one of the dumbest. At least you can get your bias, of things that you aren't capable of understanding intelligently, confirmed. Just open up your mind, and let the cesspool of trash invade it for a quick jolt of dopamine.
  13. They were also responsible for the thousands of his false messages that DID get out, which ultimately led to what Irv likes to call a MESS.
  14. Which party is implementing the policies that you're talking about? Right now only 2 issues, that have any policy related to them at all, are relevant: Immigration and abortion. trump will be better than Biden on immigration, but his record really wasn't good either. In fact, the notion that Republicans don't fix it, because it's a good issue for them, is likely very real. Abortion is a lose/lose. It's not a good thing to start with, but millions and millions of unwanted children would have a far worse effect than the illegal immigrants that are already straining us. The media has decided that Americans are either one of two things: MAGA or far left. The billionaires are running the media and levers of government, while the majority of Americans, who are somewhere between the woke crowd and the Maga cultists, are left with virtually no voice or representation. From a logic standpoint it assumed just that, because he's literally linking a politicians tweets as facts to a post claiming that politicians are liars. The ultra rich, who are in control of the temperature of the country, via the media and government, are the ones who need to settle down. Choose your enemies wisely.
  15. It's much, much scarier than that little tidbit I just gave you. At this point, we are relying on power hungry Macbeths to show the proper restraint.
  16. The only problem with this is that it assumes trump is neither a politician, nor a liar. While trying to sideswipe interns, he actually is making an ass of himself, with a side of promoting Twitter as the beacon of freedumb(which I avoid like the plague).
  17. Correct. The #1 principle this country was founded on was not having too much power in the hands of 1 man. They just handed him all the power he could ever need. People keep making this about trump, but this will live on FAR longer than him. As time passes, they(both sides) will continue to find ways to use this to unlock even more power. The only thing that was stopping them was justice.
  18. How do you see that as me advocating FOR it. Just because I said option right is in the playbook doesn't mean I want to call it. The popular vote isn't even a real thing, it's a created term. If trump wins the EC, then he will be president(barring any non-prosecutable criminal activity by Biden, such as trumps fake electors plot) Biden didn't fire anyone, because he was too dumb and too loyal. Trump will be firing people until he gets only the dumb and loyal.
  19. Right wing propaganda made the far left seem much larger than it really is, while making MAGA grow. None of it is any good for the hundreds of millions of moderates in the country. For whatever reason, they don't seem to be getting candidates they like to choose from. The last 2 that were popular were Obama, who was an ineffectual dreamer, and trump, who is a stable genius. It feels like the country is being hijacked by the political parties/processes from what the majority of average, everyday, sane Americans want/need.
  20. trump already gave them the playbook on how to do it, and the SCOTUS just gave them the right to implement it. All you need is a willing vice president. Kind of curious if those are the kind of questions that trump is currently asking potential running mates. What could possibly go wrong if the executive fires everyone, and installs only loyalists? Biden didn't fire anyone for all the wrong reasons, and trump will for all the wrong reasons. Basically, the king is back, and he also has the power to adjourn his checks and balances any time he chooses to.
  21. It completely opens the door up for nefarious criminal actions taken while actually in office, to protect them from what might possibly take place after they are no longer president. So to prevent a president from being wrongfully charged for 2 collateral American citizen deaths during a drone strike, they now can order intentional drone strikes on all American citizens w/o any retribution. For some reason the right seems to be cheering this on, but this is confirming that if any president, dem or repub, throws American citizens in internment camps, then it is not criminal. In Korematsu, they withheld from the courts that there was actually no credible threat from Japanese citizens, because they had executive privilege. The executive can literally hand the court only the information that supports their case, while withholding that which doesn't. The executive branch is not supposed to have this much power. It's actually quite shocking that small government conservatives are applauding this, but they've been mostly hijacked by MAGA extremist/cultists.
  22. Or "woke". Basically just create words for things you aren't mentally capable of understanding or fear irrationally to keep the cult stoked.
  23. Ok, I get your gist better, but it IS 100% Congress's job to impeach justices. In this situation I believe that she feels they are shielding trump, and they should be impeached if they are. The jar of worms they opened is certainly cause for alarm for EVERYONE though. We already can't trust politicians, and now they can use criminal means if necessary to maintain their power. The left and right wings of the political bird won, while once again each wing of the bird are left believing they won/lost. just as intended. Here's something a lot of people don't know about, but it really throws a wrench into what is already a grinding, smoking machine: Congressional legislation gives the president powers to commandeer states and governors of states, if the president deems they are engaged in insurrection. [60][61][62] According to research conducted by the Brennan Center at New York University Law School, administrations since Eisenhower have drafted secret Presidential Emergency Action Documents (PEADs) that assert what one government document described as "extraordinary presidential authority in response to extraordinary situations." These secret powers appear to be exempt from congressional oversight. PEADs undergo periodic revision, and although their current contents were not known as of 2020, previous PEADs included emergency powers to detain "alien enemies" and other "dangerous persons"; invoke various forms of martial law; authorize a general warrant permitting search and seizure of persons and property; suspend production of the Federal Register; and censor news reports. The Brennan Center found that 56 PEADs were in effect as of 2018.[63] Pretty sure these are the things trump was talking about, when he talked about suspending the Constitution.
  24. Let me make this completely clear for you. ANY official act can now be done criminally. The very best part is that the person who determines what an official act is currently NO ONE. The brainless SCOTUS once again punted that one for a different day. The most comical part is Justice Thomas passed it back to an APPOINTED judge right before he claimed that a special prosecutor might be illegal, because he is appointed, and not elected, even though the DOJ is overseen by an elected president. LOL
  25. I mean everyone is falling out of the stupid tree and hitting every branch, but it's LITERALLY Congress's job to impeach Supreme Court justices when they feel they are NOT properly following the Constitution. Did you make the amendment thing up all by yourself, or did you see that on Newsmax? Btw, I'm all about amending the Constitution, because so much is unclear, but you're 100% wrong.
