  1. There could be a few legal issues, but I'm no expert. Ill wait, and listen to the "experts" after the arraignment. I imagine Bragg's team believes the judge would allow the SoL part. He couldn't possibly be dumb enough to allow the DOJ's office to be the defenses star experts, could he? He hasn't been 'charged' yet.
  2. This is the only thing that allows his post to hold any water at all. Too bad the salary cap ramifications make it about impossible.
  3. Depending on how much he can handle, let Cook cook.
  4. The grand jury indictment is sealed, and they will present it to Trump at arraignment. It's possible they've already presented it, but doubtful that information wouldn't have been leaked already. It would be wiser for the prosecution to wait.
  5. If the NY case is basically the same as the federal case, then they've made a massive mistake here. Imagine the defense waltzing in 5 federal prosecutors, with a combined 100 years of experience into the courtroom, introducing them and their credentials to the jury, then asking the simple question of, "why didn't you choose to prosecute these charges?". I can't think of any possible answer they could give other than that they didn't feel that it rose to the level of a crime. Bragg better hope he has EXTREMELY solid evidence and witnesses to overcome what Trump's team is CERTAIN to do.
  6. It's good to hear it from a player, because the fans that know understand that Josh plays smart. He's going to see, and take advantage of your mistakes.
  7. Can't argue? I assure you there's more clips of him being a leader, than there is this clip that led you to believe that he's not. I respect your opinion, though.
  8. If Von comes back even later than Tre, and is as disappointing, it will be devastating. Tre really needs this offseason to get back to where he was, because it was mostly embarrassing to watch.
  9. I mean if that's how it is, you don't want to be the only guy following the 'unwritten rule'. It's also a division foe, so it makes even more sense.
  10. Obviously, nothing is guaranteed. They do have the pick of the litter, and if they did their scouting right, that puts them in the best position to avoid that happening.
  11. If you consider the value of a good QB on a cheap cap hit for up to a decade, the price really isn't that high.
  12. Absolutely, but not everyone is as smart as you and I. That's why I'd rather have the guys we voted in to do their actual jobs, and not hand it off to a clearly slanted media outlet. It clearly doesn't help security one bit, and some people will believe Fox no matter what they say. People even believe them after it comes out they're lying. It's really quite perplexing. I don't care if the criminal has a R or D next to their name, but you aren't going to get the straight truth from a news source in this subscriber based news cycle
  13. I'm always for transparency, but here's the catch. This investigation was SUPPOSED to be about Capital security. Well, instead of maybe, you know, reviewing the footage, and finding ways to have better security, they shipped it off to Tucker Calson and God knows who else. They can't have it both ways. Either we should see it, or it remains a Capital security issue. It can't be both. Please stop making this discussion about me, because it's not.
  14. You were the one who supposed, and failed to address my question. Why did the government provide this to Tucker, and not its citizens? Why didn't THEY go over it, and release findings to the public?? You know their jobs??? If we're not allowed to see them, and only be fed what Fox news wants us to see/hear, then the government is using media to CENSOR us. Now if you want to just attempt to pick this apart with a partisan political answer, go ahead, but it sure does make it look a lot like hypocrisy. PS, I already know you wanted them released, but that's not the question I'm asking.
  15. No, it would mean they're pro American taxpayer. I'm guessing they already gave up on the Covid stimulus accounting though, which was only $6 trillion.
  16. Can't get the socialist federal government in there quick enough to waste taxpayer money on this national crisis train derailment, which possibly could have been avoided with proper regulations. Hypocrisy everywhere.
  17. So you're trying to accuse both of us of hypocrisy, because only one of us has actually admitted it? I'm also kind of not real happy about the government COLLUDING with the media, with a man who's reputation isn't to be taken seriously(his lawyers argued it), and who has been proven to pushed false narratives, to censor what I can see. That would make it 2 hypocrisy's for the price of one. 😁
  18. When is Tucker going to show us the parts of the Jan 6th security footage he thinks we should be privileged enough to see? Does he have a security clearance that the rest of us don't have? If not, why wasn't it all made public?
  19. I had those tail light blackouts on my Z28. They were illegal, and got pulled over for them
  20. Those same people are furious right now
  21. Td Eagles. Yeah boy. Actually no TD, yet
  22. When's the Gronk kick? Halftime?
  23. There shouldn't be a database in the first place. If you remember, this started with the 'liberal bias' in media, which is about as fake news as you can get. Both sides have their own separate media sources, that thrive off of their partisan bias. Well, some people took it to the next level, and accused social media of being favorable to the left. Then Elon dragged it to the next level, and accuse the left of actively censoring tweets. As it turns out, they ALL had their hands in the cookie jar(which I'm sure E-lyon didn't know). What is lost in all this partisan nonsense is the fact that NO ONE in government should be censoring anyone, because it against the Constitution. I know there's a line where a government employee's job and personal life are blurred , but some of the calls were/are coming FROM THE WHITE HOUSE, ffs. The whole thing is just a mess, just like everything else in this country, and the only thing that keeps fueling this stupidity is everyone's need to defend 'their side', while the bad actors go about their nefarious activities and lobbying.
  24. The fact they didn't take the Teigen post down is enough to satisfy you? The point was that there is an entire database of requests to censor from all kinds of government officials. THAT is the point here. That and it exposes Musk, and everyone else who were pointing their fingers at one side for their partisanship/hypocrisy.
