    Go read that list provided again. Bad running quarterbacks don't last. Good quarterback who run seem to last quite a while. Cunningham, Young, Vick all played a long time. 15+ build a running game that doesn't suck ass and see what he can do without having to run himself.

    Why serious repercussions? The rule says minority candidates need to be interviewed. At the end of the day, the billionaire owner still gets to hire whomever he pleases. Unless I read the rule wrong?

    They may have screwed up then. Should have interviewed Patrick Graham sooner. Frazier and Graham were never going to be hired for the position.
