If the guy had complied, not struggled, not attempt to flee, this officer would have had no reason to mistake her pistol with her taser because she wouldn't have reached for either.

All I'm saying is - Comply and you don't get shot. Don't comply and the risk of injury or even death is high.

No not at all, what's being said is that if a suspect fails to comply the chances of being shot go up enormously.

Ok I probably should have said the election- that had so much underhanded, unconstitutional, unmitigated and historical deception that millions upon millions of Americans believe was stolen- election. Does that ring a bell with you yet?

You know I might agree with you on this one Tibs, once Floydd became unresponsive and immobile Chauvin should have stopped kneeling on his head. I do not believe his intent was to kill the guy but his actions did have a direct result in Floydds death. It will be interesting to see what happens here.
