  1. He was really good yesterday, except for that drop.

However, during his longest run I had a feeling that if he wasn't focused on stiffarming defenders who were actually behind him but solely on straight run to the endzone, it could have been TD. I just rewatched the whole thing and it still looks like that to me.

Can you guys have a look?

We are not winning the division this year, sadly. But the most important thing I am taking away from the Patriots current struggles - and particularly Tom Brady's struggles (and they are real.... the protection is not great but Brady is missing open guys and not throwing on time) is that the division IS very much in play in 2020. And I think that is good news. It needs to be, because the AFC East's schedule is much tougher next year - we are matched with the NFC and AFC West. I'd be pretty surprised if that leads to a wildcard from the AFCE in 2020, so if we want to make the playoffs next year we will likely need to win the division.

This is great point Gunner. I was among first pointing out that our 2020 schedule will probably (even knowing how fast things change in NFL) be much tougher than this year, since we play much tougher divisions.

But you are absolutely right that on the other hand it could be much easier to go into playoffs by actually winning our division. I didn't realize this.

As for this year, I find it hilarious that either Dalton or Fitzpatrick may help us secure division title. I don't this it will actually happen though - one of them may beat Pats, but I think we only win 2 of our remaining games, so it won't be enough.

  3. I don't get all the negative comments in this thread. Like who cares if Steelers won. We are going to playoffs with record 11-5 or better. Stop being so scared. After win in Dallas we are effectively in playoffs, and not only because we are 9-3, but because we are good and don't have to care how others play.

  4. LeGOATski thanks for bumping this. I was just thinking about this thread yesterday.

I expect similar record than you Gunner but I assume that path will be quite different. From your breakdown you expect us to be solid team which in general beats weaker opponents and lose to stronger ones.

I expect it to be much more interesting, with some surprises here and there.

I have it in quarters of the season:

    1. Jets, Giants, Bengals, Pats: 3-1

We cannot lose to Bengals and we beat Pats at home. I am Bills fan only 3 years so I refuse to accept that BB and TB are unbeatable. We lose either opener or Giants after that.

    2. Titans, Dolphins, Eagles, Redskins: 3-1 (total 6-2)

This can go either way, but most likely loss is Titans. I fully expect us to beat Eagles at home in great game (just as we beat Tampa or Oakland two years ago), and if we win at Tennessee before, we really might lose a shocker vs Redskins.

    3. Browns, Dolphins, Broncos, Cowboys: 3-1 (total 9-3)

This is where we prove that we are for real. These are all tough games, and I think loss will be road game at Browns or Dolphins. I admit I might be foolishly optimistic but I really feel that Thanksgiving game at Dallas is meant to be huge for the Bills. We are not losing there.

    4. Ravens, Steelers, Pats, Jets: 2-2 (total 11-5)

We are not beating both Ravens and Steelers. We are not beating Pats twice. So whether we are 10-6 or 11-5 depends on game with Jets, which can go either way. But as I said I am really optimistic about Allen and whole team and we will not lose at home with potential division win and maybe even 1st round bye (a man can dream).

My core prediction is that we will beat Pats, Eagles and Cowboys, and lose some random unexpected game (Giants and Redskins being the prime candidates).

I did not hit on Pats nad Eagles, but I was right about Dallas and I was pretty spot on about season overall. Right now I am pretty sure we will not go worse than 11-5.

Aristocrat is a genius. And Gunner and Whatdrought well played too.

KC And Buffalo can both beat the Putz.

    get r done

Yeah but that's still not enough even if we win out. Pats need to lose one more. That's why we only have 2% chance now.

I don't care though, that's how it is. We can be now pretty confident that we can go to Houston or Kansas and win big time.
