What’s funny is the guy is 30. This isn’t like some rookie. You know what you have in Taysom Hill. You see him everyday in practice. You see his body of work throwing the ball.
That’s what I’m hoping for this week in regards to the Steelers usage. I feel a lot of people have already used them. Luckily I still have them. Otherwise the Chargers over the Jets would tempt me. I can honestly see an upset there though. Flacco played well last game with a healthy receiving group.
Inaugural member of the 30/30 club! President, CEO, Treasurer, and only voting member. He is like A Tale of Two Cities, the best of times and the worst of times. All rolled into one. Definitely fun to watch.
That is my belief as well. I can’t see a team ever being forced to accept a penalty. But I’ve been wrong before.
I usually find it pretty telling about the call when they don’t show a replay. I always assume it was a blatantly horrible call that the NFL wouldn’t want shown. When a player is practically begging a coach to look at the replay, he has to be pretty certain he didn’t do anything wrong.
This is the exact situation I always bring up when arguing against Lamar being any good. I’m not sold on Lamar and probably never will be. You can only live off 3-5 yard passes to TE’s and RB’s for so long.
I was just talking to my wife about this. They lost to Seattle on the final play, and kept it close against the Chiefs in the first half with Brian Hoyer doing his best to hand the game away. They aren’t as bad as their record and it’s all thanks to Bill. He just gets amazing things out of sub par talent.
