That’s like firing the chef at Applebee’s for serving Applebee’s food
slow clap, I hate Daboll but I like this

The tweets about that Bush halftime show are the best part about this game right now.

Daboll looks like a lost child. Pathetic.

There isn't an OC in the world that can turn Derek Anderson, Kelvin Benjamin, Zay Jones, and Charles Clay into a successful offense. Although I am sick of the constant 3rd downs we're in because we over commit to the run.
Add Ivory and McCoy and even an average coordinator could squeeze a td or two out of this group. You cannot keep your OC when you can’t score touchdowns. Why does he get a free pass from so many on here?

Maybe Brian Daboll will pull a Vontae Davis and quit at halftime.
…a guy can dream, can't he?
Nice to see him on the sidelines, but I thought he should have been fired this week. Guy simply isn’t doing his job.

You can't score less than 0.
We're facing the worst defense in the NFL at home.
Anderson throws it 5-10 yards short of the sticks on 3rd down. Enough already.
Peterman is far worse. We don’t need to see it again. Does anybody expect anything more than check downs from Derek Anderson weeks removed from the beach? Beats turning the ball over 4 times.

I still can't understand the math. $64,000, how the hell?

Against the CJ Beathard led 49ers! Stunning victory...
Allen's win over Minnesota is still more impressive. If Rosen does this again then he takes the lead, but he's looked pretty bad in general so far.

I'm totally lost, you used NPC to insult someone else. And now you're insulting your own insult.
I get parodies, but you're really going down a weird path with this one.
Which the fact you're insulting people with NPC speaks volumes about yourself. I didn't know that was a thing.
Dude I didn't use NPC to insult anybody? I called it dumb from the beginning and then simply explained what it meant? I think you're confused. I called the groupthink in using it "ironic" but I personally have never used that as an insult, the stupidity of it all is my entire damn point. I'm completely lost and think you confused me with somebody else or lost the conversation somewhere. Go back and reread, please. Somebody used the meme, I called it lame, and then explained what it meant when asked. That's it.
^ Gif above also works for this response as well.

Look! It's an NPC!
LOL pretty much. round and round we go.

I don't think Vance Joseph has a job tomorrow, Broncos are a dumpster fire right now. Elway needs to do it to save face, he's been a horrendous GM for a few years now.

What is NPC?
Non player character apparently? it's some video game influenced insult that the alt-right is using to say that everybody else is brainless and can't think for themselves (thus the irony), and unfortunately it seems to be slipping into other circles. It's just boring as all hell, but I guess it's a thing now.

Mayfield Schmayfield, I never thought we had a real chance at him. Rosen however looks awful, which makes me feel better about the Allen pick.

The talent is totally overmatched whoever we play. Put us against the worst D in the NFL and they have more talent than the Bills O and it is not even really that close.
Then it's on the offensive coordinator to get creative. He hasn't yet. He's as much to blame as anybody and I hope we don't realize that in two years when this team acquires some offensive talent.
-
Considering how the defense is playing, this team doesn't need to be a complete dumpster fire right now if they didn't act like the QB was just some cog in the 22 man machine or whatever and actually gave it the attention that it deserves. I'm not talking about the Allen pick, I like that in a sense, but everything behind him has been so awful that I wouldn't doubt if it screws up his development. You don't draft a QB like Josh Allen without a legit backup plan, rather than a complete f**ing absence of a backup plan which is what this team did. This definitely has me concerned.
The defense is solid and they seem to draft well, but their QB management and evaluation has been a mess so far, and isn't that all that really matters right now?

No, the Bills' talent under Gailey was actually far, far superior to what we have now. I think many people simply don't realize the historic badness of the Bills' offensive talent right now. It's unprecedented.
I agree. But a truly good coordinator could still eek out a touchdown or two every week, no? This offense is completely, utterly overmatched every single down. Some, if not a ton, of that is on Daboll. Everybody needs to quit acting like he's some "aw shucks" victim of circumstance. He's supposed to be creative, he's supposed to be adaptable, yet these qualities have been about as dormant as KB's separation. Maybe 27 games from now I guess? He sucks.
-
Daboll is terrible. I guess we're in some strange world where people who hate the guy who hasn't done his job for half a season are haters, and those willing to withstand this all-time miserable offense are hipster pragmatists or something, but the guy sucks. If he's so damn creative and new-age then our athletic freak of a quarterback wouldn't have averaged something like 91 yards passing a game before getting injured. C'mon people.

Beane just doing his job. Relax. Guy you like becomes available, you try to get him. Pretty simple process. Bills have priority position for these kind of FAs , so there you go. Just doing his job. Building the roster. Geez, posters get crazy when team doesn't win. Now people are complaining about practice squad moves? yikes.
If Beane had his eyes on a very undersized practice squad receiver from Denver with fumble problems, and still couldn't get it done, then that's a problem, McDermottclone777689.
It's a far more likely scenario that everybody is in over their head, scrambling, and still couldn't properly sign a sub-par receiver for an even more glaringly deficient hole on the roster. McBeane is overmatched. Considering that the koolaid hasn't killed you yet, you can still spit it out.

Get out of here with that type of positivity! Don't you know the instant gratification crowd wants all offense, all the time NAO!!!! Defense no longer wins championships... get a no-huddle, air raid offense and watch the Lombardi trophies pile up. No need for defense! Trade Edmunds for Tyreek Hill NAO! Git er' done McBeane!!!
It's not exactly fun to watch and spend money on a horrible team while hoping that they may be good in 2, 3, 8 years. There are bright spots and I agree that Edmunds is one of them, but people have every right to complain.

"This left the middle of the field looking like a downtown Rochester intersection at midnight — meaning there was no one there —"
Yeesh. Sal, whether it's writing 101 or comedy 101, you should know that your readers get it the first time.
Cool read. though. Poyer comparing him to a giant horse is inspiring.

Brady gets roughed up and has a sub-Brady game. Some sacks, maybe an interception or two.
Not necessarily injured, just roughed up and off his game. Ultimately just want to see a real Brady decline as soon as possible, and it would be great if it was front and center on Monday.

Totally worth a look. Better than any other available option.
