  1. I saw this on another football team's forum today, and it honestly infuriated me. The members in the forum thought it was hilarious. But my question is what name is missing on the Norwood jersey? It looks kind of strange...the number is off center. What is going on?
  2. Thanks...good clarification. Ok, I just tried it on Chrome, and both of your methods worked! Neither worked on Firefox. Guess I have to stop using that browser, lol. Again, thank you!
  3. Wow, thank you for doing that! I didn't expect you to go out of your way. I did not know about the first option with right-clicking. The second option you posted did not appear for me. But it does sometimes. I guess I will use the first if the second one does not appear. EDIT: Ok, I just tried right clicking on my first post while editing, and that option to paste as plain text did not appear. Probably because I am using Firefox as my browser. I usually use Chrome. Anyway, it is not a big deal.
  4. Ahhh...got it! Thank you for that. EDIT: I just tried it again, and like the first time, it didn't give me that option when pasting. It does at other time though. Weird.
  5. Then, in your scenario, the tie-breakers would apply: https://www.nfl.com/standings/tiebreakingprocedures It would come down most likely to stregth of victory and then strength of schedule then. Playing an identical schedule as Buffalo'ss except for two games, New England would most likely win, as they played, and would have beaten, Kansas City and Houston, whereas Buffalo would have defeated Denver and Tennessee, both with worse records, most likely.
  6. Sorry, but didn't see this posted: Former Buffalo Bills player EJ Gaines is visiting the Texas today. He is now fully healthy. The Texans are trying really hard to upgrade their secondary, having acquired CB Conley from the Raiders too recently. [Also, not sure why they link above didn't appear as a tweet.] EDIT: "DaBillsFanSince1973" helped me fix it!
  7. Yep, plus the Bills had just come off a bye and were a little complacent and rusty.
  8. Buffalo is 9th in the ESPN Power Rankings, dropping one spot from last week: https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/27889924/week-8-nfl-power-rankings-1-32-poll-plus-new-goals-every-team 1. New Engkand (7-0) 2. New Orleans (6-1) 3. San Francisco (6-0) 4. Green Bay (6-1) 5. Kansas City (5-2) 6. Baltimore (5-2) 7. Seattle (5-2) 8. Minnesota (5-2) 9. Buffalo (5-1) "Recalibrated expectation: Make the playoffs With their current 5-1 record and one of the NFL's easiest remaining schedules, there's no excuse for the Bills not to make the playoffs for the second time in three seasons -- something that hasn't happened since they made back-to-back postseason appearances in 1998 and 1999. They're only one game back of the AFC East-leading Patriots, but overtaking them for what could end up being the conference's No. 1 seed seems less realistic than capturing a wild-card berth. -- Marcel Louis-Jacques"
  9. This is the highest the Bills have been in a long time. BTW, the Eagles are 19th, lol! https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/nfl-week-8-power-rankings-packers-climb-behind-aaron-rodgers-cowboys-and-vikings-also-move-up/ 1. New England (7-0) 2. San Francisco (6-0) 3. New Orelans (6-1) 4. Green Bay (6-1) 5. Buffalo (5-1) "It wasn't pretty against the Dolphins, but they found a way. That's what good teams do. They have the look of a playoff team."
  10. The Giants and Patriots owners are very close. Since 2005, the Giants and the Patriots have close out their preseason against each other. https://www.nytimes.com/2012/02/05/sports/football/three-football-families-linked-by-philosophies.html See my post above. Kraft and the Giants co-owners: Mara and Tisch are super close.

  12. No need for threats. I could just post a screenshot, but sure if that is allowed. Most of VA is getting New England @ Miami. VA by DC is getting getting KC at Oakland, but at the 4 PM time slot (no 1 PM game for CBS). They are getting LA Chargers @ Detroit.
  13. It does exist...you just have to log in. The maps are right here, but you need a log in, which is free: https://506sports.com/forum/index.php?topic=22478.0
  14. Ok, good to know. Their maps will be on their main page, which does not require a log in, then probably. Also, not sure who 26CP is, but I guess I am flattered.
  15. I thought about it, but it might be a rules violation. But I wonder if a screenshot would be allowed? Not sure, so I didn't post it. Yeah, but the log in part sucks.
  16. I will try, though it won't be as good as I imagine GunnerBill's' was though. No doubt. I have to learn to research better! Thank you.
  17. Good point. I didn't post it because the NFL only displays the top 5 in each category. Next time, I will dig further.
  18. As of the Sunday games in Week 1, the Bills are 3rd in the NFL in overall total defensive yardage, behind Baltimore and Chicago. They are 2nd in the NFL and 1st in the AFC in defensive passing yards, only behind Atlanta. Over on the Jets forums they are saying we have a top 3 or top 5 defense, with no or few weaknesses. Cincinnati also ranks in the top 4 in both defense and offense. I am getting worried about playing them in Week 3. This screenshot below is only a snippet showing the Bills. For full team stats, see the link: http://www.nfl.com/stats/team
  19. https://506sports.com/forum/index.php?topic=22478.0 As of Sunday night, September 8, 2019, all of NY, except the corner in northeast NY, is broadcasting the Bills at Giants, as well as half of PA and all of NJ. The Giants are blacking out Dallas at Washington on FOX since it is at the same time slot as the CBS Bills at Giants.
  20. Why would posters pick the Steelers? Buffalo will be competing against them for the wild card, so we want New England to win. I am willing to concede New England wining the East, and Baltimore will win the North.
  21. Agreed. It just drives me crazy that KC's 3 offensive leaders today were or could have been Bills: Shady, Watkins, and Mahomes.
