    We should have this.  All signs point to it.  I believe the Bills are the better team, and at home.  Five-game winning streak, a big surge to not only make the playoffs, but take the #2 seed.  And next week we get Mahomes and KC here, finally.  It all looks to be lining up nicely.

     

    ...and that's what has me nervous as all hell.  It's all lined up too nicely.  A loss today would be horribly disappointing.

    Admittingly we talk crap about them, the fans.  I mean, they're bashing the city and everyone here, not just fans.  That's the difference.

    Just frustrated people are still equating "fixed" to "scripted" despite my explaining the difference every 2-3 pages here.

    Never said either was cool.  Just saying it's far, far easier to fix/nudge a game then it is to script it.

    Never said there wasn't.  Let me say this yet again, slowly, as some people still don't get it.

     

    Fixed...is...not...the...same...as...scripted!

     

    Fixed is giving teams nudges toward desired outcomes.  It's not scripting ahead of time.  Nudging is overlooking a blatent PI at the goal line vs. Tampa right in front of your face two years ago forcing an OT that allowed Brady to pull out a win.

     

    If people still can't understand the difference between fixed and scripted I don't know what else I can do.  Use pictures?  Smaller words?

    Storylines.  Buffalo isn't big market, but Allen is a draw.  If we win, we host KC.  KC @ BUF = ratings.  Ratings = $$$.  I wouldn't be surprised if the refs lean a lil our way on Monday.

     

    In fact, if Buffalo does win, who's left in the AFC?  Well only MVP Lamar, proto-GOAT Mahomes, rookie sensation Stroud and highlight-reel (good and bad) Allen.

    KC worries me.  I want them out of the playoffs.  We're likely ending up in Baltimore if we make the Championship game either way.  I don't want to see KC in the Super Bowl again, and they have the experience to win any game.  Yes, we can beat them.  But if Buffalo has an off game for some reason I like their chances against Houston more then KC.

    Wait, this game is only on Peacock?  Kidding, I only heard this a thousand times during the CLE/HOU game and a hundred during the pre-game show for this one.  I went from eyerolling to actually getting annoyed.

    I hated the idea of that trade.  The funny part is, the worst-case scenario for the Browns that I imagined came true.  They traded their future away and rolled the dice on a single player.  A single player that could just drop off in performance, get injured, etc...
