Would love a down like that, but the conversion percentage should be around 10-15%, I think. How frequently are 4th and 15s converted? If it falls in that range, then yeah that’s the sweet spot. The biggest issue would be officiating. Let’s say the team fails to pick up the first down, but oh wait, a DB tugged on a WR’s jersey. 5 yards and an automatic first down. That would be nightmarish.

True.  Maybe make a defensive penalty a replay of down, unless it's a personal foul?

Right, because the "Non-Distraction" route has yielded how many Superbowls for us?  Like it matters.

I have yet to win a marathon.  So, doing what I've been doing hasn't yielded anything yet.  Why not try breaking my leg first? 😆

  3. I have high hopes.  Two reasons.  The improvement on D.  We *have* to be able to get to elite QBs, or we're gonna get carved up...like we have been.  Lamar isn't elite come playoff time, so we got past them, but look at the Rams and Lions games.  Look at what Mahomes does to us on the regular, and just how the Eagles dealt with him.

Second, I think the fans have hit Chiefs burnout, meaning I think the NFL's gonna stop favoring them as badly as they did last years with bogus calls and BS, putting us on a level playing field.  Hell, we might even get the NFL's favor this year.  Josh is ratings, and the narrative of the Bills finally toppling the Chiefs might be the narrative they're looking for.

  4. Josh needed Diggs.  He gave him a reliable target and build up his confidence.  I will always be thankful for that.  But the sad fact is, Allen outgrew him.

I'd love to get a player like Diggs back.  But that personality?  There is no excuse for his antics at the end, and he cost us badly.  No, thank you.

Honestly, if we are playing into the "Conspiracy"  theory... and its true.. I think the NFL could care less who won that game... they just wanted Tay Tay at the game for ratings... after that it didnt matter... plus the heat over the year I think they played it close... that is IF you believe in the conspiracy theory. Pretty sure I dont but there was some really questionable stuff that went on that I cant explain as random bad calls...  maybe there was an unconscious bias... But in the end the officiating would not have changed that game one way or the other it was a beat down... the Bills game... correct calls wouldnt have hurt... but in the end, we need to be better... too much blame to not look in the mirror... conspiracy or not...

Thank you!  I said this prior to the game.  The NFL got what they wanted, and didn't care who won.  They got the Swifties.  They got the three-peat drama.  By calling a fair game, they got to push back against the refs+Chiefs narrative.

Loved watching it.  "What do you mean I can't line up in the neutral zone?", "What do you mean, I can't blatetly hold?", "What do you mean Mahomes can take a shot to the head and *not* get a flag?"

I fully agree. Now it's about Taylor Swift and Kelce. It's like a Hallmark movie but it cannot go on forever imo. Fans across the world have noticed what is happening, thus the Goodell press conference.

I think that they might be forced to let the Eagles win this time.

Why "forced"?  They're going to give the Eagles preferential treatment.  And just as bad as the Chiefs normally get.  Why?  Kills the claims.  And it's safe now.  What difference would it make to the league?  They got the Swifties and all that to the big game.  They got their three-peat drama.  None of that matters after the Super Bowl.  The league gets what it wants regardless of who wins.  And if KC loses, they have the three-peat drama to replay down the line.
