  1. I would have loved to grab smith . But that is a lot of money for a TE that's never had 500 yards receiving in a season.
  2. Ideally we would sign a good pass rusher. No idea why Addison and Butler are still on the team.
  3. Wow. I am honestly in shock we were able to resign everyone. Don't know how Beane does it. With that said, going into next year with the exact same o line and defensive front 7 doesn't seem like a great strategy to me. This team needed upgrades this off-season, not to just bring the same team back. We were not close to being able to beat the chiefs or the bucs. Having spent almost all of our money before free agency, Beane really needs to nail the upcoming draft.
  4. Butler, Jefferson and Addison really just needed to be let go. McDermotts plan to use a heavy rotation of a bunch of average at best DLineman is not a good one. Really hope this doesn't stop us from using a high draft pick on a pass rusher, or signing one.
  5. Brandon ****ing Beane. Now let Mongo walk, draft a G, and our o line is set.
  6. Don't love or hate the deal. He's a good, not great player. Probably not worth what he's getting paid and I think the money would have been better spent elsewhere in a year where we have cap issues and bigger needs . But I'm not going to complain about keeping a key piece of the defense, and it's one less hole to worry about.
  7. When people reference #1 and 2 WRs they usually referring to outside guys. You know what I mean. Yes Beas > Davis as an option in the passing game.
  8. Another good point, I think this will be Beas' last year with the Bills and Samuel can fill his role in 2022. Really is a perfect fit for us
  9. Brown needs to be replaced , IMO. I wouldn't feel great about heading into next season with Davis as the number 2. Curtis samuel would be such a good fit. And I think he's a great candidate for someone that should take a short term deal this year. -Loaded free agent WR class, several guys ahead of him -He's only 24 and will still have room for two big contracts after this one -He didn't reach his full potential in Carolina. Why sign for 4-5 years when you can come to buffalo and ball out and then sign a massive deal If we can get him for 2 years $20M I am all for it. If we don't sign someone I like the idea of taking one in the second round, either with our current pick or trading out of the first.
  10. This was easy to predict and a move I wanted them to make. Still sad to see him go.
  11. Should have just let him go, IMO. But this is better than nothing.
  12. Addison too please.
  13. Eh. Nice to have him locked up and not have to worry about a hole at S for another couple years. Definitely feels like we overpaid though.
  14. You would think that would be common sense. Hopefully they do it. I don't think the coaches did a good job in the playoffs at all. That could be what they are thinking. They could also be looking out for them and thinking this change would give them a better chance at landing a job.
  15. Colts and Browns are going to be a problem. They have a ton of cap space and will be able to load up in FA. There will be so many good players available. Hopefully more players will be willing to take short deals and the Bills can take advantage of that.
  16. Everett or Smith is what I'm rooting for.
  17. Nahh. Would rather get smith, everett or grab someone in the draft.
  18. The only reason I entered this thread was for the gif of him getting trucked by josh. Disappointed it hasn't been posted yet.
  19. It's bothers me because it cost me $3k on the Bills money line. I still feel sick every time I see it.
  20. This one made me laugh and sick to my stomach at the same time.
  21. He has made a ridiculous amount of money. With the injury and a young family, it blows my mind that he would want to keep playing. Especially as a backup. Hang em up, Alex.
  22. They are #17 in the SB betting odds right now. Winning a SB clearly not a priority for him. Not saying that's right or wrong, he would be kind of nuts not to take that deal from AZ. Just funny bc everyone assumed it was.
  23. Lol. Everyone assuming he would want to chase a ring looks kind of silly now. He ends up going to the worst team in the best division in football. At the end of the day it's all about the money.
