    Because under 20 catches on the year is not help. The top 4 will get most of the snaps if they stay healthy. Also defense is the problem in the playoffs not the offense. The offense set a bills record for points in 16 games last year, they didn't need the 17th to do it.

    It's more important to improve upon such players as Hamlin, Lewis, Ingram, Spector, and Carter. All those players will play more than a 5th WR. Also I believe Bosa, AJ, and Daquan will not be brought back next year. Also not having to re-sign jordan Philips and Quinton whatever his name is might be beneficial.

    Being simple is thinking a 4th round WR is going to give anyone space on offense and that a defense will adjust to them.
