  1. All these plays were surprises. We expected Josh to have a nice gain... and he goes for a TD. Shakir looked tackled... he goes for a TD. Elam was being destroyed on previous plays... he gets a pick.

  2. It's very high, but any playoff or must win game, if you're not nervous, you're not human and haven't been paying attention ha ha.

Yes, I gloated watching the Packers dismantle the Cowgirls, but then later on was shaken that it was the NFC 7th seed pulverizing the 2nd seed in their home stadium...

No game is an automatic win, even less so in the playoffs. But yes, I feel confident.

I have no idea, but I don't live anywhere near Buffalo and when I did live in Western NY it was in Rochester.

I just assumed there'd been responses from a number of posters all who knew where the team stayed.  I figured I was the exception in not knowing.

I once stayed at the Buffalo Airport Hotel before a game and came across ALL the players going somewhere as a group. I was surprised as I expected the visiting team to be there, not the Bills. But that was years ago.

Edit: it was an hotel at the airport. Maybe not the Buffalo Airport Hotel...

well then every fan who buys the merchandise is as complicit as “the NFL”

where does it end? Are the Bills complicit with animal cruelty for allowing venders to sell chicken fingers produced in grotesque factory farms?

shoukd they not let you flash you iPhone e ticket  because of the insane secondary market transaction fees or that the phones are made in Chinese sweatshops?

If you dont see the difference between NLF merch and their own stuff to those examples, well, too bad. You "win" this one.

430 on a Monday just seems like a weird awkward time to have the game played… Why not just make it 830 so it feels like a Monday night football nigh

TV networks would disagree ;) They want just ONE playoff game at a time. They could have put it at 5PM though. Anyway, it is what it is. GO BILLS

NFL teams are not  outsourcing "such work" to sweat shops.  The companies that pay to put the logo on their garments do, like Nike.

They could easily put in their legal documents that the companies they hire can't do that.  If I hire the mafia to take care of someone, and said mafia decided to interpret that as offing or kidnaping that person even if I didn't specify it, I'm not exactly clean in that situation! Way too easy a way to take off responsibility. They know what they're doing (or not doing).

  7. Modern Disney makes a mockery of the original, and their "leaders" seem keen on losing money and ruining everything in order to push "messages".  Sports are one of the most unifying elements in society yet they want to use it to divide as well.

It's fun to watch all games at once (NFL Red Zone). When the Bills play I watch only that game, but occasionally I watch NFL Red Zone. Good stuff.

  8. Just like when I bought my Bills winter coat years ago - that I still use, quality fabric I guess ha ha - it was made in Indonesia. NFL teams are making huge bank, yet outsourcing such work to pay super low wages, get it all imported back, etc. Yet they will bust our balls with patriotism, the environment and so on, while they do this themselves. As if a $150 coat that was suddenly $165 instead but made locally wouldn't sell as much. Or just a slightly lower profit share between owners and players.

Just like I was shocked when we leaned the Army was paid for all the exposure. I really thought the NFL did as PR and a goodwill gesture, and in exchange for the flyovers and all that.

Better just focus on the game and the players and fans. Otherwise we can go cynical and disgusted in a flash.

  9. 24 years? Wow. I still recall when he was hired, many journalists and fans rejoiced, as he had a rep for being a great DC but a bad HC, and the team would implode from internal bickering. That didn't exactly pan out...

My oldest felt empty when Brady retired, since he had played all his time on Earth ha ha. I'll ask him how he feels about this.

I must be living in an alternate universe because diggs looks fired up to me literally all the time lol

The alternative universe of agenda pushing. People believe one thing and set out to find out everything that confirms it. If anything, Diggs seem as fiery as ever of late. Was it nagging small injuries, personal life stuff, issues with Josh or Joe Brady? Who knows. Just win, baby.

I hope they sit Von again and activate Linval Joseph.  I don't see Von getting much push or speed on a slick field.  Better another wide body to clog the line of scrimmage and stuff the run.

And Joseph is paid 2 millions for half a year.... to stop the run. With him and Jones back, hopefully they stuff the run. Sure in a video game, you put more LBs in. But in real life, you have to drill this alignment the Bills almost never use. Hopefully, McD and others learned a few tricks from that "wind game" against the Cheats.

Well, it was a putrid day for Josh, so criticizing his "best" play really shouldn't be off the table. It was also just one of three plays criticized, but I like how everyone has cherry picked that one play to focus on and not the two throws he completely missed.

Putrid day? Maybe remind yourself that perfection doesn't exist? He sure made some  huge mistakes and the missed throw to Diggs was one of them, but he did so many great things too and willed himself and the team to victory.  To call that performance "putrid"...

Throwing amazingly good passes once in a while shouldn't be a good enough reason to vote someone onto the Pro-Bowl roster, though. It's not just Josh who should feel hard done by; CJ Stroud could as well.

It is a bit daft to have the vote open so early though - think people can make their choices from week ten, when there's still a large portion of the season left.

For sure. I don't think he should go to the ProBowl.  But hey, let Josh get a compensation prize: the SuperBowl

It’s why the Pro Bowl vote is so utterly stupid, and even Fins fans are seeing it now. Take Davis (which he was for some of the game) and Cook out of the Bills offense - does Josh struggle to the same extent as Tua did last night? No. Nine times out of 10 he finds a way to at least put the Bills in a winning position late on.

I have, or had, a very dim view of Tua. And was glad Miami built around him. But he does throw some amazingly great passes once in a while. Sure, these plays are schemed, but still, he places them perfectly. He simply has no grit and dog in him.

My reaction went very quickly from what on earth is he doing to delirium.

Harty was so keen on returning it that it didn't even cross my mind he even could/should have let it go in the end zone ha ha. I was still surprised he pierced the initial tacklers though. Then I was excited as h ell all the way to the endzone... and for quite a while.

He should be HC until he’s decides he wants to hang them up.

He's certainly earned the right to go on for at least another year. But that sentence is just ridiculous ha ha. Even Belichick might get fired in the coming days.
