It makes a ton of sense to move him now and get something for him before the mileage and talent come crashing down. He is still good and I like him, it is the smart thing to do. Use him to help move up and draft a QB and draft/sign a replacements for Shady. We definetly could use a power back and a receiving back

We have one already.  Tolbert! Ha ha

What else is he going to do?

This is his LIFE, and I think he does not have a life outside of football.

How much do you think he puts in? 100 hours a week? More? Less?

He does not know anything else. If he keeps winning, he will keep coaching.

    Wishful thinking..

He may want to spend time with his hot girlfriend.

Maybe.  More so, seems like a possibility than ever.  I have never seen him that emotional, passionate or animated (which does not say to much on the overall emotion, passion animation scale), but, for BB in comparison on that scale it was high.

That is the feeling I got.  There was a lot of hugging going on.

So you think he’s not coaching in the Super Bowl? That would be news.

There is one in every crowd.

We could've seen Brady go down today.  One great play by Stephon Gilmore saved NE's season and sent them to the Super Bowl.  If we sign Gilmore, it would've been Logan Ryan.  Was the Gilmore cap space REALLY worth Ducasse, Holmes and a couple million?  AND the Pats in their billionth Super Bowl?

Unbelievable.  McD is dead to me.

Gilmore is average.  I will take our corners all day over Gilmore.  Did you see him try to tackle?

I apologize in advance is this a little off topic,  but I really don't think it is.

This would be a nice opportunity for McDermott and Beane to actually consider hiring a coach who isn't white.  The Rooney Rule was put in place for a reason and McD's and Beane's hiring practices pretty much violate the spirit of the Rooney Rule.

Let's get the best coach for the job.  I don't care if he is green, purple, black or white!

Brian Daboll was the TE coach for the Pats before going to Bama. He was in line for the OC job with Pats if McDaniels left last year. He didn’t, so Daboll took the OC job there. Sabana and Belichik are tight. Prior to that he was OC for Browns. I don’t think he’s ever been out of football since he was a GA at MSU under Saban right out of college.

He still owns a house in Orchard Park.  He is a WNY guy.

I thought this was fascinating, not because it's about Tyrod (we have a zillion threads about that) but because it's rare for the GM/CEO of one team to be commenting about the personnel of another team.  It also suggests that Tyrod might have a hard time finding a starting gig if the Bills cut ties.

“Doug Whaley really did a job with the interview,” Murphy said. “I think it was not confirmed, but he was the fourth interview. I knew him a little bit, so I enjoyed having a chance to spend some time with him. I'm a Bills fan, so I follow the Bills a little more closely than some of the other teams.  “But he put together that roster, and it's a playoff team without a great quarterback. It made the playoffs. They have a good roster."

Murphy played at Clarence High School.
