Championship teams continue to improve and fix flaws even while they're winning. They don't just accept that fact that they won and go home. Obviously we're all ecstatic to be 2-0. But there's more things to work on.
This team has to find a "killer instinct" in spite of Sean Jauron.
No doubt. We have numerous flaws but people seem to find the negative in good times. We still have a long way to go to be a CHAMPIONSHIP TEAM.

It might not sound like it, but I sorta am focusing on the positive. I like this offense a lot.
Moving on to Cincinnati

Gilmore and Watkins on this team right now makes us a better team.
Also, it makes two AFC contenders weaker not having them
Let’s see what Watkins does during a whole season and not 1game.

They’ve been outscored 110-10 the first 2 games
Set him up to fail. Fits doesn’t deserve the criticism. Blame management.

It's still early in the season but at the moment the "process is looking very successful; I really am not missing Watkins, Darby, Dareus, or even Gilmore! Wish them all the best but I love this team! Class and Character - the product of a great rebuild and yes - THE PROCESS!!!!
Him and sBeane know what they are doing. They are building a TEAM not individuals.

Morse is a stud. You don’t see many centers pulling.

Now is the time for Goodell to suspend him for racial slurs and threatening violence.
Have him arrested for taping the phone conversation with Gruden.

Gruden sounded like a beaten down man. Knock on wood if you’re with me!

That's it. Rosey Leaks falling into the end zone, breaking an 0 for the 70s streak. Bills made the playoffs that year and only a gimpy Fergy, and a long last minute TD kept the Bills from playing for the AFC title
We even faked a punt. Greg Cater hit Mark Brammer for the first down. Chuck Knox!

BUtler did a great job in SD and set that team up for a long time. He was good in Buffalo, basically rebuilding the team so that in 1999 it was a legit super bowl contender.
Also, anyone who criticizes him for “quitting” is playing fast and loose with the truth given Wilson’s narrow-minded pig-headedness during that whole episode. I appreciate Wilson for a lot of things, but he was a poor owner overall.
Just untrue. The proof in the pudding? What he built in SD from nothing.
I was talking about the Bills.

1980 opener against Dolphins when the Bills broke the losing streak. Fans ripped the posts down. Also, when Kelly ran for the touchdown against Miami with no time remaining to win. I believe that might have been an opening game.

He came and talked to my team when I played little league football. I was amazed how big he was. RIP Donnie.

Well he'll definitely make the team as their backup and if Brissett stumbles he could get that chance. I personally think Indy will go all in on tanking for Lawrence.
I think Lawrence has to play next year also. He is only a sophomore

Michael Lombardi is saying that Clooney is going to get traded within the next 24-48 hours. He is close to Billy Boy. I wonder if he knows anything or if he is trying to get crap to stick on the wall.

Making the playoffs a couple years ago was cool, but I don't think anyone would argue that it really lifted the dark cloud over this franchise. Our journey back to respectability/true competitiveness continues.
But I think this might be the year that a page is turned, emphatically.
I've watched an unhealthy amount of preseason football this year. And it seems like the Bills might be really good. Top to bottom. And they've got star players to make impact plays at every level of the field on offense and defense.
Something feels different now.
Other than the Patriots, I can't think of an opponent I fear. And the only reason I fear them is not because of talent; it's because they're smarter than everyone else.
I think we're going 12-4 this year. We'll be good out of the gate. The future will arrive suddenly, as it often does when teams turn the corner. Within a month or two of the season starting, the Bills being a top team will just be accepted. I don't think there'll be any sweating out a playoff spot.
Go Bills!
It definitely feels different. It all comes down to Josh. We don’t need anymore 10-7 or 9-6 losses.
