What TD?
what game did you watch dude?
How many points did we score in the second half?
I was horrified how long it took for someone to call him on this... good thing the D scraped together a TD...

There should be some sort of negative reinforcement to prevent such drivel from becoming their own topics. Seriously, you couldn't pick from one of the 1000 other threads to spew this nonsense in? Fact: people don't care more just because it's it's own topic. In fact, probably the opposite as it's frustrating to open a vauge topic and read something dumb. And before you give it the ol college try argument of 'don't click on it then.' If it wasn't posted in the 1st place there'd be no issue. That is all...

Man, I still have issues with the pesky apostrophe.
No other punctuiation, just that. It is fun however writing posts trying not to use words that require it. Beats getting mad and throwing my phone lol;)

You do have to admit the 2nd half was not very good by the Bills offense.
It looked like an entire half of running out the clock. Luckily, Cutler was down with the cause. It's a shame too, because pretty much ANYTHING else besides that (except looking worse and losing of course) happens and everyone has plenty of good will and feel like they did after a lopsided Raider victory. Instead, they play prevent O and prevent D and we end up here. I don't think this game was as close as the score indicated - but the fact it was was their own fault. All I could think when CBS showed McD and Rico chatting was McD was telling him hes a lucky SOB that didnt blow up in his face, and to cut the crap. I'd imagine it was more of a butt pat 'Good game coach' chat - but one can hope;)

Embarrassing for Pegula and Buffalo. Build a dome
Nobody wants to watch this in the stadium. Nobody wants to play in this. And nobody wants to watch at home.
Are you new?

For what it’s worth they could change helmets to red, other teams have done it, Redskins (yellow), Eagles (yellow), Packers (brown), Steelers (yellow), Patriots (white), Buccaneers (white)...we shall see.
This must have been in the past. Bus creamsicle throwbacks got nixed a few years back due to regulations regarding changing helmets. Now days, only decals can change - not the helmets themselves. Something about essentially needing to be broken in.

They look like they are wearing pajama's. That game last year against the jests with them wearing all green and Buffalo wearing all red made my eyes bleed.
2 yrs back now. Time flies.
Yr one - color blind game
Yr two- bills red jets white
Yr three- jets green Bills white (color rush vs colts)
Someone initially said it was red on white, but they ended up red in red. Kyle Williams said red on Red on Red, but as they can't change helmets that has to mean red cleats
-
Love me some color rush this weekend!
Neat after blue on blue last week.
Love em or hate em, I think it's cool they break out all the color combos.

Cut him? Seriously? Yes...let's continue to cut talented players because of things like "attitude" and "character" while signing crappy guys with high-character to replace them. That's proven successful with this team so far!
Agreed!! Cut him?? Seriously?? The biggest reason i cant wait for this streak to be broken is so absurd stuff like this can be given a rest.... at least he cared enough to say something. Good for him. He prob said what we were all thinking... #truth

After watching the Gronk incident a few more times, I have lost all remaining respect I had for Kyle Williams, this player is going to retire with his tail between his legs. His will be a Schobel-like retirement, he'll go away and no one will care.
I didn't need him to take Gronk's head off, but at least get in his face and friggin say something!
Not only are Pegula's teams a disgrace to the region, the players themselves are a disgrace to their respective sports as well. It's interesting that new veteran players from other teams on both the Sabres and the Bills act and say things differently than players who have been here a while, they can see the lack of pride in One Buffalo. It's such a disgrace to see sports teams with no heart, It's just so "Buffalo"
This rust belt region could really use their sports teams to help lift the veil of dreariness, but said teams are failing on an epic scale.
Do threads like this arise because people are just bored? Is a more a trolling thing? I'm AMAZED of some of the comments people think... let alone actually take the time to write/start a thread and commit these asinine thoughts to the interests. Just WOW!!! SMH....

Yes, I know we traded for Bledsoe. Bledsoe was also like 6 years younger than Eli is. My statement was about the player and his impact on our success moving forward (Bledsoe went 23-25 as a starter in Buffalo).
Sure. Someone (maybe You? I'm not going back to look) said we signed him. I was correcting that we traded for him. If they decide manning is a 1-2 yr stop gap and worth the drain, fine. Hopefully no one talking about this is silly enough to believe it's a future...

To me, at least, this would feel a lot like when we signed Bledsoe. That's not a good thing.
Traded for Bledsoe. At the time, drew had more tred left on the tires anyway...

Let me start by saying that I really like the Pegulas as people - they seem like good citizens and possess integrity and beneficence. And yes, we as fans owe them gratitude for keeping both the Bills and Sabres afloat and in Buffalo.
All of that said, they are horrible owners. They are well-intentioned and want to win, but clearly have no idea how to do it. They have empowered the wrong people at the wrong times. They have proven to be susceptible to good interviews at the expense of more sophisticated due diligence. They have employed bizarre organizational structures that have undermined the few quality hires they have made. They have supported borderline insane team building strategies that have resulted in a near-impossible run of sustained failure. There does not seem to be any end to this trend on the horizon and I’m really struggling to understand what the plan is for turning the Bills and Sabres into winning franchises. Certainly, pairing first-time GMs with first-time coaches has failed miserably for both teams and, in the case of the Bills, the decision to expel elite talent, rather than maximizing and supporting the talent on hand with quality coaching and added depth, has bombed in spectacular fashion.
In a word, they have destroyed two sports franchises.
I’m wondering if it’s time for Kim and Terry to look for sale partners for one or both teams. Perhaps they could sell a majority stake and become passive minority owners (although the leagues may have some restrictions on this) or perhaps they should just sell outright. I’d imagine at this point their investments have appreciated nicely. Perhaps it is time for them to reap some of those gains and turn the businesses over to individuals or entities that know what they’re doing.
I know some of you will respond to let me know how ungrateful I am. That’s fine, you’re entitled to your opinions. My opinion is that the fans here deserve more than just “we kept the franchises in Buffalo” - rather, the fans, who give their hard-earned dollars to billionaires, deserve competence. We’re not getting competence.
S....M....H....
You have a rep to uphold as a quality poster man! You cant be posting nonsense like this. Co'mon!!;)

Im not going to be popular here at all for this but Nathan is not the player we saw Sunday. He played horrible. Dont sell him down the river yet. Your points on taking the steps and getting this team built for the long haul are spot on. Build the team. It is too old and slow. Give McD time and we will eventually be good.
Imo, some sense... when it doesn't seem to be all that common at the moment.

Get over it boatcolada. Ya got beet. Ya hoped on the petermen train and you crashed into a dumpster fire. We couldve won today. We beat better teams this year than the chargers.
Disagree. Boatdrinks hit the nail on the head. The shortsighteness and knee jerk reactions is scarey. I get it's been 17 years, but it's like people choose to ignore this regime isn't responsible or acting like they should be. Today's performance was not good. There are MANY issues on this team including BOTH qbs. Are you REALLY going to throw a party for a team that gets to a wildcard at 8-8 and loses? Cupboards are bare and they are figuring out who to let stick and who not to when they actually get a chanve to try and shape things...ya know...WHEN THEIR FIRST 1ST FIRST(!!!!!) JOINT DRAFT COMES!!! The best thing that came out of this was getting to hear a coach say we want to be better than 5-4. If you are happy with 'just enough' mire power to ya. But dont act all high and mighty for those of us who will deal with days like today if it means we get to be legit good. Have fun with your wildcard loss. Come find me when ya wanna have a celebratory beer over something worth celebrating.

This team was never going to make the playoffs this year.
Taylor will never take a team to the playoffs as a starter.
Bills will tank the rest of this season.
Peterman will start the rest of the year.
Preach! Near sighted naysayers who need everything to be instant will of course disagree. The 5 wins happened and people still got drunk. Now they wanna cut their nose off to spite their face. In 2 yrs if the draft capital busts and we are still looking like this fine - move on. Until then, let em do their thing!!

We were big, physical and talented just a few years ago. Now we are completely soft and as least talented since jauron. Lezlie frasier is a soft coach and this defense has followed suit.
I liked marrone and whaley. We were a qb away. Now theres problems basically everywhere. Just angry and disgusted. Dennison is a joke too.
Smh... whaley... hot-dog

Great, give an unqualified guy 3 years to prove what's obvious to everyone 3 games into the season.
You think the Bills would be better with Ryan's 3 year as coach right now? You think the Bengals are better for giving Lewis 9 years? How bout the Rams giving Fisher all that time to prove himself?
If a guy proves he can't handle the job, fire him and bring in someone who can.
Again, McDermott has done nothing but drain the roster, miss on the best QB on the draft, install the most passive defensive scheme since Jauron's Buffalo days, destroy the running game, and made a horrible in-season QB change decision, which is going to lose him that carefully cultivated locker room he touts.
Fire him now. Bring in a football czar to run the draft and a coaching staff that will implement an attacking defense. The franchise will be better for it in the long run.
Lol, you Cray Cray HARDCORE!! I get you want ur team to win, as do we all... but had they not squeaked 5 wins out we'd be embracing the tank/plan. At least give em a draft to fix a depleted roster before you start spewing fire the coach nonsense....

I hope he's fired for it. This guy is a disaster. Drains the roster of talent; passes over the top QB in the draft; implements a passive defensive scheme; destroys the #1 rushing attack in the league; replaces a bad QB with a terrible one.
This guy is a fraud. At least we can enjoy watching cap space and future draft picks the rest of the year.
Takes like this is what caused 17+ years. Ya gotta tear down and build. There's an actual plan. Reading this just shows how idiotic things have gotten w the fans. Today isn't great granted... but what kinda jacka calls for a coach to be fired. Put some ice in ur shorts and chill out

Watching people do mental gymnastics to defend the great white hope is almost as bad as watching this game. As much as you may hate Tyrod he deserves to be in this game right now.
If you disagree ask yourself what you would be saying if Tyrod had 3 picks in the first quarter 1 going for 6.
Ur kinda doing the same for taylor- just saying...

Sorry, not very familiar with os and versions etc.
Fully updated Samsung galaxy 8s.
It never fails though. Any time that particular punctuation (and so far only that) it just boots me right out of the text box and it appears blank until I go back into it and then the text shows back up and lets me continue.... until the next time lol.
Fwiw, Im not actually generally using the apostrophe, but rather the auto spell correct inserts it and thats when the issue happens. Its happened 3x just responding now.
Start Peterman at Miami?

Tyrods retention level is startling. Each time I seem to think he's starting to understand that good things seem to happen when you throw to KB, he comes back the next series and seemingly forgets everything learned in the previous series. It's maddening!!!! At the very least, NP seems to fully understand the security blanket/big play potential and possabilities tossing it up to KB brings to the table.
