Hope he can get it out fast.....i know he can we sort of seen that abit.....i got my fingers crossed this weekend...believe me all i want is a win and this team to friggin get into the playoffs sometime this century......this team got my hopes up higher this season than i can remember after the good and promising start (ie the play of poyer/hyde and even gaines when healthy)....thought it may of hid some of the deficiencies we had on the offence....but yet again they fooled me.....

Tolbert.......HAHAHAHAHAHAHAA......havent we really seen enough this season.....

HAHAA......easy pacheesey eh? sorry bout the canadian accent there..........well im definately hoping so but not holding my breath on this......okay our defence looked like swiss cheese last 2 games plus we got a 5th round rookie starting 1st time in live NFL action standing behind our extremely piss poor oline (on top of that glenn is out),,,,,faced against one of the best teams in the league at sacking the QB......yeah im abit worried to say the least but hey no TOLBERT! Now that right there is a positive

This what alot of people dont seem to understand.......With this team trying to make the playoffs QB switch means squat if you cant fix the glaring problem currently with this team......dont think the defence is going to miraculously fix itself in 1 week but hey you never know......

Rivers.....yeah okay.....who cares if he plays....he's not going to be throwing any passes......they are going to run run run run all day long against our defence.....our old RB coach/OC/Head Coach all in one season will do it.......sheesh...........

Just responding to the title of the thread.....Miller out? when was he ever gonna play? Glenn no surprise there and the good news of the day is Tolbert is out! That will actually be an advantage to us...it makes out crappy OC stop using him in the most useless ways possible...maybe now on a 3rd and 19 he may actually give the ball to Mccoy....hell even check it down to Mccoy if need be but please for the love of God no more Tolbert!

I dont think we see TT unless NP gets clobbered out of the game.......that being said if NP throws a pickfest of a game than i could see them flipping back.....

Im certainly not anticipating going into this game that we're gonna run all over the Chargers just because we changed QB's.....im concerned about the run d and our crappy o-line who will have to protect a rookie QB in this 1st NFL start vs the # 2 team that sacks the QB......so yeah could be a very long afternoon......I hope im am very very wrong here and we win and win in convincing fashion!

You really are a special kinda stupid.....they made the playoffs with a losing record.....this was my point....a team with a losing record can and has made the playoffs in the past....how hard is it? here look below just for you: The Panthers captured their second straight NFC South division title and qualified for the postseason for the first time in back-to-back years despite a losing record of 7–8–1.

wow learn how to read....i said teams made it in the playoffs with a losing record genius i didnt say afc teams.....god.....the most recent was the panthers......what I AM SAYING is the state of the afc it is possible for teams to get in with a losing record...not likely but possible,,,,,,it was possible in the nfc 3 years ago and it happened because the afc than was good and the nfc was not so good.......see......

Teams have gotten in with losing records.....this is possible....the acf is so pitiful it is possible....look at our competion in the afc and see who they are playing......i think the only team who has a weak schedule is the ravens and they have been stinking it up so far.....if we can sweep miami (who are awful) than we have a good chance in getting in....but it all starts with a W this weekend

I agree.....as long as we somehow maintain this and hope for the other teams to lose here and there.........thats why i agree too the chargers game is key now......would of liked to have beaten the jets but oh well

Way way different........just before the jets game there was an excitement that we havent seen in a while with this team.......with Rex's team last season we were just watching the train wreak of a defence sputtering out wieek in and week out.......it was bad...

This and than some.........i think it starts with fixing that part of the defence.....before the NYJets game we were pretty good in stopping the run....I can understand and off game or 2 but the drastic downfall that happened is mind boggling.....yeah and will never understand the ongoing Tolbert thing with these coaches....i dont get it.......you can almost sometimes predict when big T is gonna run with the ball....3rd and long...yeah lets give it tolbert....lol....

I agree...i dont bother with some of those other posters.....I care not.....whoever is under centre i care about and most importantly care about the bigger problems with this team as we've seen in the last couple of weeks that could easily cost us a WC spot.......and if people think its soley up to the QB to decide if we make it are dillusional.....
