  1. Four years in the league with an avg of 500 yds a season doesn’t do it for me.
  2. Actually most rookies don’t start at center, they play OG and then slide over to C their 2nd season.
  3. With our offseason and our first two picks who most likely won’t see the field much this season, I’m worried how we’ve improved going into the next season. Feel like KC, BALT, INDY, CLEV and even NE and MIA have raised the bar. We’ve done zilch to improve the running game or TE. Hope I’m wrong!
  4. Upside is high but will he reach it? Will he even make an impact this year? Will need to get stronger and more experience. Don’t love the pick but not sure anyone was better at 30.
  5. Not a fan of giving up any of our first three picks to trade up. Continue holding.
  6. Not sure how good this draft class of pass rushers is. Lots of questions.
  7. First time in very long time this is about who is the best player AND need with the 30th pick. IMO, there is no doubt DE is our biggest need, but I’m not sure the talent will be there at 30. CB should have a talented player available but will they truly be an upgrade over Levi? CB depth is always beneficial but we truly need a run stuffer on the Dline and someone that can consistently win one on one battles to get to the QB. Still major questions surrounding Star for me. If it’s a D selection, I’d predict CB with the pick based upon the talent available. On offense, a reliable playmaking TE would be a huge add (would be very open to trading for Ertz with a later round draft pick), We need more playmakers on offense. I won’t lose sleep if the Bills go RB with the 30th pick. Much different than using a top ten pick on RB. Holistically, a running game that the D has to account for opens up the O even more. Singletary and Moss are nice backs but neither has shown they can be the featured back. If the pick is offense, RB, IOL, or WR would be in play. Will be interesting to see what they do. LETS GO BUFFALO!
  8. It’s been a long, long, long time since the Bills drafted in this position based upon their record. IMO, drafting a RB at 30 isn’t the same as drafting a RB in the top ten of the draft. Basically, you’re almost into the 2nd round already. It’s obvious we have multiple needs but with the 30th pick if RB is the pick, then that tells me the Bills don’t see the talent level at DE or CB. It’s not like they won’t address those positions in the draft but with the 30th pick, give me the best playmaker on either O or D that can make an impact this year.
  9. Ihmir Smith Marsette would be a solid add in the 3rd/4th.
  10. The Bills are deserving of a few HOME primetime games this year!
  11. On paper Miami is positioned to add significant talent with their draft capital over the next few years. If Tua doesn’t play well this year, one would think they’ll be very aggressive to get a QB next year. Also, Jimmy G could very well move back the to Patriots which would be a big upgrade over Cam. Bottomline, I expect the AFC East to be much tougher going forward. Jets are still TBD until they get their QB.
  12. Glad they resigned him but depending on the draft, his spot on the final roster isn’t necessarily a lock. If the Bills were to draft someone like Ihmir Smith Marsette, WR at Iowa, he does everything McKenzie does but is bigger and most likely cheaper. Camp should be very competitive this year!
  13. We can always move up. High possibility with our roster, picks in the later rounds won’t make the roster.
  14. Huge Hawkeye fan as well as a Bills fan. ISM would be a solid add for the Bills. Excellent kickoff returner, ran a lot or WR runs, and also has the wheels to go deep. Tons of potential. Hopefully he’s available in the 4th.
  15. Agree. Outside of CB or RB in the first round I don’t see any other rookie making much impact on the roster. Mostly depth picks. Finding a difference maker at DE or TE is more of a hope they can vs expecting they will. On D we need someone that is a physical, hard hitting LB. If we don’t do anything further in FA, I’d take Najee or Etienne if either are there at 30. If not CB is my pick. Then DE, TE, LB and OG/C. On offense, RB and TE is where we need to add impact players IMO.
  16. I’ve been struggling to understand why our cap space is so tight? We have so many players on rookie contracts still. It seems like other teams have many more veterans on their teams at higher contacts. Tre, Milano, Star and Hughes are the highest on D, Diggs, Morse, D Williams and Dawkins on O.
  17. Pats D is going to be legit next season under BB. Bills need to address RB and TE to make them defend the entire field.
  18. Our defense certainly needs more difference makers. We have good pieces but we don’t really have any game changers on D outside of Tre.
  19. 100% agree with this. Again if individuals want to take issue direct your focus on Daboll’s playcalling inside the redzone. Just atrocious and never leveraged our strengths!
  20. A stud running back solves many problems. * Makes the D have to account for the run game. * Opens up the passing game with play action the D has to respect. * Reduces the hits on your franchise QB by not being the focal point of your run game. * Adds another game changer to the offense. * If Najee or Etienne is there I have no qualms with that pick. DV and ZM are supplemental RB’s.
  21. Agree. To let the KC receivers run free was idiotic. Needed a big game from Hughes to win his matchup and generate pressure which didn’t happen. Getting Star back and adding in a proven pass rusher are a must.
  22. This is where Stills would have been a huge add. Smoke isn’t physical enough and GB shouldn’t have been active. Need to add a bigger physical WR to this group in the off-season.
  23. I can accept a loss to KC but it’s how they lost and the decisions by our coaching staff that I’m struggling with. Activating GB over Stills was just assinine. Even Kroft would have been helpful to the offense tonight. You knew you needed points but you severely limited the receiving core. Allen is a stud but he SHOULD NOT be your running game. Daboll tried to outsmart them by highlighting DV and Knox. KC will take that all day. Bills look ill prepared and Daboll’s playcalling in the red zone was beyond pathetic tonight. He had no response to adjust to KC’s blitzing. Frazier let KC run free untouched all night. It was an easy game of pitch and catch. Mahomes was not sacked or really pressured the entire game. You just sat back and let them have easy 10 yard completions. Expected so much more from the coaching staff!
  24. Upgrade at DE and RB are a must.
  25. I love your optimism but I don’t know how you or anyone else can come to the conclusion we win easily. The Chiefs are loaded and playing at home. They are the best team in the NFL and the defending champs until proven otherwise. Are they beatable....heck yes! We are going to have to play very well and score TD’s and our Defense is going to have to play well in all phases. If the season is any indication, this will be a 4th quarter nail biter. Just find a way to win, 1 pt, 3 pts, I don’t care how or by how much. LETS GO BUFFALO!
