Better execution on both sides of the ball and this game wouldn’t be close. For whatever reason our D is so susceptible to a screen play. Just get a win tonight, stay healthy and the few extra days of rest will be huge!

Just way too easy on 3rd and long and then WE call timeout! SMH

Man I don’t have much confidence with our D.

Based upon Von’s contract I don’t see him back next year if this season goes South. I’d also say Morse, Davis, Tre and Poyer won’t be as well.

Never thought I’d say this. Sean McDermott is a stupid coach.

I give McDermott credit for turning the franchise around but I’m no longer sure if he’s capable of taking it to the next level. The rest of this season will be a major test if he can get the team and staff pointed in the right direction. Each year they find ways to lose games they have no business losing. Losing to the Jags under Urban Meyer, Zach Wilson and Mac Jones twice now. We all know they were dang lucky to beat the NYG last week with TT at the helm. They are extremely fortunate not to be 3-4 right now. One thing is consistent under McDermott and that is there reoccurring inconsistency. The Bills are fully healthy on O so there are zero excuses for their performance in 4 outta 7 games. The lack of creativity, leveraging Josh’s strengths, adjustments and somehow going with a slow methodical offense is unacceptable and not working. Dorsey’s had 25 games now to put his stamp on the offense and it seems to be misfiring on many levels. Defensively this is the so called strength of our head coach but time and time again he has no answers and the D gets exploited by lesser opponents. Giving up a 75 yard game winning TD drive in crunch time is atrocious. Even worse after one play they were already in position for a game tying FG. The reality of this game is the Bills lost big in the trenches and BB greatly outcoached McDermott. Just a horrible three games stretch by the Bills and in the end I have major doubts if this coach and his staff have any answers. -
Not sure if I’ve seen the pre drought Bills play this bad in three straight games. Embarrassing on so many level. Classic example of F around and find out. With their schedule and the games they have pissed away, missing the playoffs is a strong reality.

About to be ballgame! Unbelievable!
-
Bills about to be down two scores with the clock running.
-
This staff has tied Josh’s leg and it’s hurting this offense. QB rollout puts so much pressure on the D to choose between staying w the receiver or stopping Josh.

D making Jones look like an all pro. SMH!
-
Give me more of that please. ALOT MORE!!!!

These last three games have been really hard to watch. At some point you gotta let Josh run. You’ve taken a dynamic dual threat QB and made him be one dimensional as a pocket passing QB. No rollouts, bootlegs, etc…

Bills losing on both sides in the trenches!
-
It didn’t stand a chance!

OL is getting owned right now with a NE D that is down multiple starters. Bills look like they are going to lay an egg and get embarrassed losing to a 1-5 NE team that is playing with emotion.
-
Which team is 1-5? This is ridiculous!!!!
-
And yet again ANOTHER QTR where the Bills post a goose egg on the scoreboard. Thats 6 outta of the last 9 qtrs with no points.
-
Three weeks in a row the Bills come out flat. Even worse when NE and the NYG have won just two games total. Just unacceptable the performance we’ve seen the past three games.
-
The Bills offense inconsistency is far greater than Elam. The OFFENSE has been the main issue against the Jets, Jags and NYG.

Von isn’t even close to being effective right now.

Candidly Von should be inactive until later in the season. You can see he’s not wanting to do anything that creates stress to his knee. Let him continue to get more practice and stronger but right now AJE, Groot, Floyd and Lawson are more effective and impactful.

Expectations of perfection are hampering this team.
TFBillsfan replied to Giuseppe Tognarelli's topic in The Stadium Wall
I don’t think it has anything to do with expectations as it is scheme and execution. Overall, the D has been fine. The core problem is offense. Josh made horrible decisions against the Jets which resulted in a loss. The games against the Jags and now the Giants have been emotionless by the offense. You can see they only want Josh to run as a last resort. It’s almost like they neutered him. You’re literally taking away a huge weapon by doing this. Secondly, it’s been all Diggs or check it down to your release receiver. They aren’t even rolling Josh out just to put extra pressure on the D to make a decision to stop the pass or stop the run. The lack of creativity and game calling by Dorsey is utterly ridiculous at time. 2nd and goal from less than a yard out and you go SHOTGUN. WTF!!!! You have two TE’s that are seldom used unless it’s a check down, Harty who’s speed is what you specifically wanted to add into the offense and he’s almost invisible. Gabe is typically a deep shoot or comeback on the slide line. A RB or TE screen would have exposed the Giants numerous times last night. It all just looks bad offensively with no rhythm, focus or creativity. -
Game balls to Taron Johnson, Bernard, AJE, Groot and Lloyd on D. Offensively Diggs Players needing to run some gassers after their performance. Dorsey as a coach, Knox for the critical drop, Bass for two missed FG’s and Ed, Dawkins and Brown for stupid penalties.
