    No way Allen plays next year

    I'd give it an A-. We got our QB and a stud LB who was way underdrafted (most mocks had him top 10). Only issue i have is we gave up too much to get Allen. Both of 2nd round picks to move up 5 spots to 7 is a lot IMO.

    Never have been this excited for the 1st round of the draft before. So many unknowns at this point. Usually by now we know who the 1st pick will be, but we dont even no that yet. Who will we take? Will we move up?

    I just cant see Browns picking Mayfield with the 1st. Too many unknowns with him. Darnold is much safer pick

    logical conclusion that i can draw is Cleve is going with Darnold and the giants are trying to move back as Darnold was their guy.

    Right, a guy that refs Bills preseason games is in the Bills' FO inner circle, ok. The Browns are effectively trading the 1st and 4th picks for the 2nd and 12th picks. We would have to give up a lot more for that to work.

    For example, if we trade up to #2. Obviously, if we wait, it allows other team to beat us to it, but the closer we get to draft day perhaps the more willing the Giants would be to a deal.

    I think Allen, Darnold, Rosen and Mayfield are all going to be good QBs, and at the very least will be serviceable starting QBs. we just need to trade up to snag one of them because not one of them will be available at 12.

    The guy is going to be the best QB in the draft. Franchise QB. Do what it takes to move up and draft him, Beane!
