  1. Have any lived up to expectations? We hit on some late rounders but it seems to a disappointing part of our draft. Hard to buy into any hype at this point. Hard to get excited about these picks.  The last guy day 1-2 pick that was everything we wanted out of him was Tre. Seems so long ago and that was Whaleys scouting staff

Let me guess "I dont know his name, he sucks just like Bernard, Taron, Shakir, Milano, and all suck and were the wrong picks of people I didn't know"

Everyone throwing a tantrum over the guy every team in the NFL has passed on 3 times now in Franklin.  And its only the Bills though making the mistake of not taking future HOF WR Troy Franklin lol

Everyone sick of wasting first and second day picks on McDs D and not getting much production in return.  Seems they are better picking D players late and O players early. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Oh well, the faster McD is gone, the faster this team has a real shot at winning a Super Bowl.

Rousseau, Oliver, Milano, Bernard, Taron Johnson and Benford might disagree with you. Dane Jackson would too if we had kept him.

Rousseau has not been anything special. Alright but disappears at times. Ed took 3 years to get consistent but was still a ghost in our last 2 playoff losses. A time we needed him to step up. You also have Boohie that got traded and AJ who finally started helping in year 4. How’s Elam doing anyway.  These are all first and second day picks that either didn’t pan out or took a few years to get the most out of them.
I don’t care about day 3 picks, most of them are a crapshoot anyway. We got a few good ones, doesn’t change the fact they continue to invest high picks in McDs D and don’t get much production out of them.

Andre Reed was a 4th, Stefon Diggs was a 5th, Stevie Johnson was a 7th.

That’s nice but this staff has drafted a number of underwhelming defensive players that struggle to see the field. People are getting sick of it. Best case scenario this guy gets into the rotation. Most likely scenario he is in and out of the lineup and starts to be helpful 3 years down the road. Worst scenario he gets the Boogie treatment

Safety has been a vital part of McDs defense.  So while we do have 2 guys who could start, they are making anyone shake in their boots either and are a downgrade to what we had for the past 6 years.

Our safety play has not been top notch for two years now. To be honest, last year when Poyer was out the D looked better with Rapp in. It’s not hindering our D. Yeah we had great play out of Poyer and Hyde for a long time but it still led to 13 seconds when the game was on the line. Still blew it in OT against Houston. It should not be #1 priority with the huge hole we have at WR.

Are people hating on Cooper DeJean because they don’t want a defensive player? Even if he is clearly the best available in a pretty thin safety class?

Don’t we have two safeties with starting experience on the roster? Its  not a difficult position to find capable players. Jmo. Bills need is at WR and if they keep moving back at some point they will regret it. Can’t keep neglecting this position

I’m sorry, I don’t understand the question? What does “rated” mean (or have to do with anything)? He is a 4.21 guy that was projected as a 1st round pick long before the combine (years even). He was a 3 time all big 12 selection in his 3 seasons. He’s twitchy and obviously has big play ability. He’s a big version of Hollywood Brown (who is now also on the Chiefs). That speed, with Andy Reid, is a nightmare.

He jumped up the draft board after he ran a 4.2 instead of a 4.3 like everyone thought.  That’s what I mean by rated. If he was so good he would have been projected higher before the underwear olympics.

What are you willing to pay for Sutton? 5th?

It’s not that they fooled everyone. He was a 1st round we to most that ran the fastest 40 ever. People took that as “he must play like John Ross.” Worthy was an elite WR, for multiple years, at one of the biggest programs in the country. I think that you could have let a lot of guys go to KC and been okay. This wasn’t one of them.

Why wasn’t he rated higher when everyone thought he was a 4.3 guy if he is that elite

  9. Troy Franklins biggest negative is weight meanwhile that speedster from Texas is now rated higher and he weighs about 170.

I still want Franklin and Leggett. At this point you might be able to grab both in the second.

I would tell Dan Orlovsky, I would like to understand how he is defining "failure/disappointment" because I don't think he's telling us straight.

Kadarius Toney, Henry Ruggs, and N'Keal Harry certainly failures, but what about Dante Pettis?  Jaelen Reagor?  Rashad Bateman?  What about Jameson Williams?  Then there are guys who are can play, but maybe just aren't contributing at the level you'd like from a 1st rounder.

Then what about the fact that in many of those years, one or more 2nd round picks are out-performing the 1st rounders?

    Questions, so many questions.

Raeger has been on 3 teams so far. Pretty safe to say he has been a failure.
