    Glad he is back and him and AJ getting Re-signed makes perfect sense.

    at the same time I don't really feel like the team is any better.  McDermott and his defense just cant beat KC.  I don't know how they expect anything to change this year.  Seems they have to outscore them and to do that they are going to have to make sure they add playmakers to the offense and so far they have started the offseason by weakening and disrupting the offensive line.

    I am glad jones and aj are back though, they seem to play well when healthy in the regular season.

    Well they haven’t drafted yet. Say they add mini Kyle Williams in Fiske from Florida. You know they will trade-up and grab their top end receiver. Say they actually draft or pick a FA S who isn’t playing with 4 injuries every year (like Poyer always was because he weighed 185.)

    Last but not least they won’t be paying $17MM to a guy who played 8 of the last 40 games in Tre.(which meant he was being paid twice as much as Josh to not play)

    Next year they have cap space and can likely dump Von. They are transforming! I also expect the Knox redo was also meant to set him up for trade next year or possibly even during the draft.

    BJ Thompson, DL

    Neil Farrell, DL

    Felix Anudike-Uzomah, DL

    Anudike is a major pass rusher for them. That is an unexpected blow to them!!

    Respectfully, I would suggest that this whole season has been a referendum on Brandon Beane.

    The Bills likely don't get to the playoffs without the contributions of Cook (drafted), Torrence (drafted), McGovern (FA), Brown (drafted), Kincaid (drafted), Shakir (drafted), Bernard (drafted), Oliver (drafted, re-signed), Floyd (FA), Douglas (trade), etc.

    Add in the "next man up" contributions of guys like Dane Jackson and AJ Klein and Baylon Spector and Deonte Harty and Trent Sherfield in recent weeks, and it equals an impressive roster with impressive depth, built by Branodn Beane.

    I get what you're saying. Playoff games against the Chiefs will always be measuring stick games. But the fact that the Bills are even IN this position is a testament to the roster-building of Brandon Beane.

    Beane is the opposite of the Sabres GM. He is constantly supplanting and tinkering with the roster and its depth instead of just using draft picks to build a team. That is why the 2 have polar opposite results.

    Anyone wanting to fire Beane or McD after a loss just needs to direct their anger elsewhere IMO.

  4. Now just send them that meme of the drugged out guy who covered himself in feces at the portapotty earlier in the season and ran toward the pit and say “here is an example” LOL

    There will be.  Whether Hochuli's crew will call them.....

    Hochuli calls the most penalties of annyone out there, usually favoring the home team from what I understand. I think it’s a benefit he called those zillion penalties against us in Philly because you know the league talked to him about it so he will psychologically be doing the opposite.

  7. The mark of a good leader is surrounding himself with quality people. Both Biden and Trump get brain farts because they are too old. The difference is Trump is PT Barnum. He is too arrogant and controlling to hire anyone but family and yes men. Thats why he had over 40 convicted felons come from his administration with double that to come. Fuel that with his own legal and mental acuity items and he is just dangerous. Don’t think he won’t be found guilty for classified doc hiding/sharing AND multiple counts of defrauding the election. I wish they would televise these trials so he couldn’t spin room them outside the court. So when that happens who will the GOP trot out to run that won’t anger their base because the 14th amendment will have to be invoked.

    Maybe they will bring in a coach that will practice on bye weeks?  That way the rest of the NFL knows were are serious about winning.

    I am pretty sure the NFLPA has rules against what you are saying. The in season bye week is there for a reason. For player health.

    At the end of the day it’s hard for a ball player to take a string bean non athlete seriously as their coach. Players need to know you have been in the game catching bullets at some point, even if it was at a crappy college level.

      Chiefs finished 2nd in scoring and 4th against the pass but they are the 17th rated D against the run.

      For comparison Bills D finished 4th in scoring and 7th against the pass and where a couple spots ahead of the Chiefs at 15th against the run.

    This game more than likely will come down to Mahomes and Pacheco against Allen and Cook and who controls the clock. As both teams are very good at limiting explosive plays down field.

    Their run DVOA is actually 27th. We need heavy run and play action this game. They also have been abysmal at covering RBs in the pass game.

  11. It seems like they always pull a special teams fake punt or punt block every year in the playoffs.

    Just run the option wide but line up in tush formation. Pitch it out to Cook or Josh keep it outside.

    I actually thought about the turn push. Why not move a TE in motion and if they don’t follow him then throw it immediately?

  12. This is the first playoff game against the Chiefs where both my head and my heart say we will win.

    Even factoring in injuries... ehhh?

    Allen <-> Mahomes

    Cook <-> Pacheco

    Kincaid <-> Kelce

    Diggs <-> Rice

    Brown <-> Taylor

    Torrence <-> T Smith

    Morse <-> Humphrey

    McGovern <-> Thuney

    Dawkins <-> D Smith

    Looks like a push unless you want to really red-n-yellow shade it. If you want Humphrey over Morse I'll claim Brown over Taylor because Taylor is flat awful.

    Rousseau <-> Danna

    Oliver <-> C Jones

    D Jones <-> Nnadi

    Floyd <-> Karlaftis

    Dodson <-> Gay

    Bernard <-> Bolton

    T Johnson <-> Chenal

    Douglas <-> Sneed

    Benford <-> McDuffie

    Poyer <-> Reid

    Hyde <-> Edwards

    Subject to injury depletion but to me still looks like it's... kind of even.

    I agree with much of this but IMO Poyer and T Johnson are both better and Karlaftis and Thuney likely better.

    Talent is tight, but the big plays are not. We will get them in the form of turnovers (2) and we will beat their explosive play total of over 20+ by at least 3 plays.

  13. I figure 1 stays next year with Rapp on the other side and then in ‘25 they will both be gone and our Safeties will be Tre and Rapp. I honestly think it may be Poyer gone first because he seems to carry 3 injuries a year.

  14. The NFL makes gobs of money in digital and viewers. So if it was “fixed” you would never see playoffs without teams from major cities like NY, Chicago, Atlanta, Denver, etc because the revenues would always be better. Remember suggesting something is fixed means you need a motive. The only motive is money.
