Yes, but why buy a Urus specifically? You have the budget to buy anything and you buy a reskinned Audi SUV. If you're going to buy a Lambo, buy a proper Lambo not a Lambo for soccer moms.
Big tough full of themselves guys drive SUVs now. He probably wanted the prestige of a Lambo but the "toughguyness" of an SUV. It's like getting a pit bull from an expensive upscale dog breeder.

Fred Jackson once rushed for more yards in a game than Marshawn Lynch in a game where Lynch rushed for more than 100 yards. Fred's first 100 yard game in the NFL and my first live Bills game. Large part of the reason he became my favorite player on offense.
Levitre-Wood-Wang once formed an offensive line core that really knew how to penetrate up the middle.
Aaron Williams deserved better.
Nobody still knows til this day how to spell or pronounce Jairus/Jarius Byrd, who threatened the single seaon INT record as a rookie CB converted to S.

Beane's reported attempt to get one of the first round WRs in this year's draft, his ultimate selection of Kinkaid, his interest in DHop and OBJ, and Davis's play on the field last season when defenses adjusted to him combined with Digg's frustration in the offense at the end of the season would suggest otherwise...
His history of being a "no stone left unturned" GM, which is how we landed Diggs after a year plus of courting the Vikings, would not suggest he was going to/should have given $15m/year to someone we couldn't get that value out of. May as well give $30m/year to a backup QB.
*edit*
Should mention Kincaid (or hypothetical top WRs in draft) is a hell of a lot more cap friendly than Hopkins. We could afford the luxury pick of a drafted weapon. Once we already have that luxury, mortgaging the future to sign Hopkins for shorter than Kinkaid's rookie contract would be downright malicious mismanagement of the roster and cap.

Sucks. Hopefully a #2 WR is not the missing piece to season while we watch Hopkins put up a 1,000+ yd season catching balls from Tannehill.
Of course he's going to pull 1k yards, he's going to be the unquestioned #1 WR in that relatively weak WR room. No way we get that sort of value out of him on our team at anywhere close to the money the Titans gave him. In what world would it make sense to give him $10m+/year when we honestly don't really need him? We added Cook and Kinkaid, Knox will benefit from better O-line play freeing him to go out and catch balls, and our WR signings are underrated. Davis is fine as WR2.

He'd be higher on the list, maybe even top 5, if our O-line played better and he wasn't needed to stay in and block.

If we can cut the bad injury luck in half, we steamroll the league with 15 wins and the #1 seed. People love pinning the weak playoff performance on McD and put him on the hot seat, but we had about 312 legitimate reasons to be gassed out come playoff time.

Why is this thread even a thing anymore?
Literally came here to ask the same thing when I saw it still on the front page.

That’s like 3-4 drinks out here. I’ve been in Michigan all week and I’m enjoying the hell out of sane beverage prices
I was mostly pointing out the 9am at a bar bit.

For the record, a lot of online services especially for the NFL, are different/unavailable over the border here in Canada. I often have the same questions about popular online services.

$57 is about how much my bar bill with tip comes to for Sunday football. I'd much rather spend the money with friends, good food and beer than further line the NFL pockets.
If you can run up a $57 bill at a west coast bar for a 9am game, I'll buy you a breakfast beer.

And predictably, the tweets announcing it are filled with classless Miami trolls, and anti-vaxxers claiming he's actually still dead.

I agree with Pat Kirwan from MTC. An easy fix. Suspended for life or at least 5 years. That will nix it.
these guys are morons. Their avg shelf life is 3.5 years and they get suspended for a year. Make it 5 and no one will break the rules. They can gamble as idiots their life away once they retire and be on some sad show how they pushed ot away.
i make a very nice living and I don’t gamble because you lose more than you win. A fool and money. The old phrase.
Did a riverboat gambler sleep with your girlfriend and kick your dog or something? That's some serious pearl clutching you're doing there.
As for losing more than you win, it depends. By betting small and taking advantage of regular promotions, I've made far more than I've spent over time with my online gambling account (without any great lucky jackpots to skew the numbers). Contrary to what you seem to think is possible, it's just a fun hobby for me that hasn't ruined my life.

I did not know all that, thanks. Diggs I think would be tradable for like 5 1st rounders but I am aware that there is not any team that will give up what we would need it to be for it to make sense to love him.
Prime Megatron wouldn't be worth 5 1st rounders...

If you scroll back a few pages, you’ll find Albright tweeting that the basis of this story was his idle speculation on a Broncos podcast. He admits that he has no source and was playing “what if.”
Diggs’ contract is untradable. The Bills will have to make it work for the next two years. There is no other option.
Which is why I'm wondering how this thread is still running and not locked. Threads have been locked that were more credible than this.
5 minutes ago, LABILLBACKER said:Yes, especially since the entire league now knows to just double him like they did last year. Unless Kincaid or another wr rises up, it will be the same this year. Not having a semi competent WR2 really does hurt.
Or unless the O-line steps up, or unless Dorsey stops calling deep out routes in the freezing snow?

It's gotten ridiculous. Reoorter/talking head: "The REAL reason that Diggs is salty is because a source close to the Bills saw McDermott step on Stephon's shoelace and when Allen went to tie it he didn't double knot it." It's getting silly
What is it with guys who average 10 posts per year having half of those posts all be new threads for random thoughts? It's like they fancy themselves the quiet and wise mountain sage, so when they have a thought pop into their head, it's a giant occasion and the people MUST know about it.

…on the other hand, just line up 5 OL, Allen, and behind him Cook-Harris-Hines-Murray-Cook?
Can't have 5 players off the line. One of then would have to line up in the slot or something. Could you imagine though, crazy enough to possibly work. I'd just replace one with Kincaid and then we're talking.

DHop was not a cancer at all in Houston, the cancer was in Bill O Brien as GM and Jack Easterby. I have no idea what his issue is with Arizona besides it is a dysfunctional organization with a terrible roster,
For the record, it was a joke.

Three absolutes:
Bills will lose and look flat in a game they should have no problems winning.
Bills will dominate in a game that should be much closer.
TSW will lose its collective mind in every instance of the latter two items.

Fourth absolute- the online collective of Bills haters will forever try to hold point 1 against us while moving the goalposts whenever point 2 is brought up to counter it.
