But, this team is going to suffer due to the spotty oline play and the fact that JP isn't experienced. The coaches need to install a game plan that will win games on offense and on defense. They have to come up with a way to win with the tools that they have right now.

Not just Willis. Anyone watching the game Sunday saw Shaud "Mr. 3rd Down" Williams blow a huge blitz p/u that resulted in JP getting almost killed. Wtf has Gates been by the way? Did he dress?

Just wondering if Jerman or Gandy will be blocking him today. I can't remember whcih side he's on. If the Falcons are smart they would flip him around. I personally don't see us dropping off that much with Williams being out due to his average play at the position anyway.

Not neccessarily. All I'm saying is that everyone even if you are a pro athelete has to be treated differently to motivate. Even outside of football, in the workplace the best managers who know "their " employees treat, act and talk to each one differently. Some are sensitive to things others may not be. In this case I think Mularkey is using the press kind of against Willis. This may not work on every player but I'm sure Mike knows what pushes his buttons.

Different people get motivated differently.
