  1. Nah Fort Erie. Pure Platinum...
  2. Dominick Hasek Pat La Fontane Alexander Mogilny
  3. Too true.
  4. Do either of these guys have character (not ripping on Marv)? If Levy is so high on going for "character" players wouldn't it make since to bring in a HC with the same qualities that his players possess? These 3 are certainly not my first choices but I really do believe that we need a young fiery coach to motivate and get the team headed in the right direction. Just my 2 cents.
  5. I really liked Wade and what he brought to the table here. He may have been a good fit for the Packers organization. If memory serves me right he was 29-19 with the Bills. To me he didn't get a fair shake. I thought he was a good coach.
  6. Was there friction between the two at all?
  7. The play on Broadway was called Avenue Q, won some Tony awards (the song). Kind off like an x-rated muppet show/seasame street. Saw it last two years ago. Man I wasn't expecting it. Funny siht though.
  8. Wow thanks for the insight guys. Do you think where ever Sherman goes he will bring Bates with him? And how was Bates as a defensive coordinater? Thanks! And did the front office in Green Bay completely clean the coaching staff out? Who remains?
  9. Too funny! Can't wait to see the game on Saturday night vs. the Flames. That will be the true test. Gaustad will return, yes?
  10. Peyton (who I like) did indeed call out his line. But, one thing that is unsaid about this is that he is the one who calls the blocking schemes FOR the line as well as the plays. So alot of this blame HAS to go on his shoulders.
  11. They really are doing a great job of getting in our shooter lanes, however the Sabres are doing just as good of a job imo.
  12. I'm watching the Canadien broadcast. The picture quality is 10x better than that of MSN. Anyway kind of funny to hear them comment on how Ryan Miller should be the US's goalie in the olympics. They really need to take advantage of the shorthanded opportunities. Edit: Sorry didn't see that someone sle alreasy posted that quote~Darin
  13. No sir I haven't but I will now, thanks!
  14. Last time I was there was 5-14-98 double ot in the playoffs. We won 5-4 and I got hit by a puck, which is in my office right here. Thanks Hasek! Molson Centre then.
  15. Anyone care to translate?
  16. Sean Payton is the assistant head coach to Bill Parcells and the offensive coordinater.
  17. Lovie Smith, Marvin Lewis, Jack Del Rio and John Fox.. Didn't they all make the playoffs this year? You have to pick the right coordinater, from the right head coach. Look at his history and see who has mentored him. Greg Williams came into a bad situation with the cap. Mularkey was Mularkey.
  18. Can you remember was the yellow sections ok? I have seriously heard that if you sit up in the upper orange and purple it's like sitting on a cliff. Know any good websites for tickets, Spun?
  19. Peyton has been my first choice. I personally would be more than happy. Glenn Parker talks about the vacancy. He speaks very highly of Payton. Very interesting listen.
  20. He did. The Saturday night game at the Ralph.
  21. How many times did he get penalized for false starts?
  22. I think you should put up another poll so we can pick your avatar.. That was a blast man.
  23. Bell Center Going to see the Canadiens vs. Buffalo on Feb. 7th. And I was just wondering if anyone has been to the Bell Centre since it has been built? Are there any bad seats in the house? Anywhere I shouldn't sit for the hockey game? All I can find are the really expensive lower at 256 a pop. Or the nose bleeds (which I've heard kinda suck). If I can find something in between or anyone knows a good site, let me know thanks. Mile High Edit: I found tickets for section 320 blueline 5 rows up. Are they worth a look?
