Outside of Josh Allen, Beane sucks at drafting and should be put on notice this year. Either he changes his mentality or he will die with his failed defensive drating

Spent a unbelievable amount of draft capital and FA money on the D, which has mostly failed. Not only do they invest most our capital on D, they suck at doing it, which means wasted picks that could have been used to help protect one of the best qbs in the league, and ignore giving hip weapons. We literally started the season promotion Davis and McKenzie up the depth chart, then had to bring back Beasley and Brown because our wrs sucked. How long can you have Josh Allen as your Qb and you not make the SB once and not get fired? Beane and McDermott will die with that defense if they dont change their mentality this year

Those tweets are exactly what I have been posting on here today, before reading the. McBean hit on Josh Allen, but has pretty much failed miserably drafting, largely wasted picks on the Defense. What player outside of Allen has played up to where they were drafted? They have used the majority of our draft capital on defense and it has failed 4 years in a row. How long can you have Josh Allen as your qb and you not make it to the Suoer Bowl and not be fired? I think its a real question this year. If they go heavy on Defense in April fire them on the spot, you obviously can't fix their mentality I was one if the few that was disappointed we tied so much cash into yet, another old defensive player to cover up for the draft failures that we had already heavily invested in

McBean needs to be put on notice for not only using all the draft capital and FA money used on the DLine, but failing at it as well. All those 1,2,3rd round draft picks, where are they? They are invisible on the field and could have been used to help protect Josh and give him his much needed weapons. Yet with our already failure on our top paid DL investment, they double down on Defense again resulting in us having a not so great OL and downgrades at the WR positions. We literally promoted Mckenzie and Davis because we didn't replace what we lost. It was an immediate downgrade and failure on McBean part

Offensive key players =Allen and Diggs and no one else. Was talking with a Dallas fan last night and he said we don't have the firepower to complete with Cincy. He was right. McBean has failed to help Josh Allen at the expense of using high draft capital, Fa money to address the defense, which has also failed due to bad drafting. The resources have been used there, the results have not been there, it has been a failure
