I had them at 10-7, just one game off. Offensive roster was not that great, the WR additions was laughable. I had no idea how bad the coaches would do though. Looks like I overshot at 10- 7 quite a bit, being that our remaining games only have 2 that we "should win". But we have already lost this year to both of those teams, its unbelievable! It's very possible we don't win another game this year

After some serious thought into the matter of Beane, (McDermott should be gone after missing playoffs) Beane should probably get another shot with an Offensive HC. Beane had done some really dumb thong, bit he did construct a successful roster including Allen. He has made terrible picks and fa acquisitions, but maybe all those defense picks, fa's never happen with a offensive coach, or they actually use the talent acquired. Im willing to give Beane another chance, he is not losing games on the field with the current roster, the coaches are

The sooner the new guys get here, the sooner they can start working on it. 2024 is looking like it's going to be a very bad year for the Bills roster due to our cap situation and Fas, old players under contract etc. It seems like a good time to install a new staff and let them gear up for 2025, with limited expectations in 2024

But most want to keep the coaches in fear we will turn into the drought era Bills again. We are currently playing like drought era Bills with a franchise qb, it can't get much worse my fellow Bills fans. The likes of Chan Gailey, or maybe a couple other old drought era Bills coaches actually sounds rather refreshing based off the current affairs of our coaching staff and team performance with the talent level we have. A change does not guarantee worse like some fear, it can indeed, change the outcome of a franchise for the best
