Average, good, better for me. He has missed a lot that I can not ignore, just speaking recently we can mention Elam, thats not good. But Josh Allen alone will never put him in the below average category to me, and he has had some good picks, Kincaid, Oliver, Milano etc which at the end of the day puts me at good overall, not great. I agree, if you look at everything combined that needs to happen for the Bills to make the playoffs, it's hard for me to see the same things that some of the always optimist people are trying to say. It just does not look good this year with our current record, the remaining schedule and other teams ahead of us schedule

100% effort. That's exactly what you want to see. We have too many videos of some of our players that show the exact opposite, I won't name players. Kincaid has been my last hope the Bills can pull off some kind of miracle. He has not disappointed. Im not mad at him for the fumble last week, that game should have never depended on that and he helped us do what little we could do. Possibly my favorite Beane pick behind Allen.
