100% effort. That's exactly what you want to see. We have too many videos of some of our players that show the exact opposite, I won't name players. Kincaid has been my last hope the Bills can pull off some kind of miracle. He has not disappointed. I stand by my statement from before. If McDermott makes the playoffs, he stays, If he misses the playoffs with a healthy Josh Allen he should be gone. The Bills are still most likely to miss the playoffs, even after the beating on a losing Jets team
