  1. no but they seemed pretty excited and welcoming of it when they thought they were getting a HoF qb. I seen many browns fans trying to act like Watson did nothing wrong and defending him on twitter.
  2. He had problems in preseason too. Will see how he does today. You can make your point without being a dick though, no?
  3. You say this like its some common knowledge that everyone should know. No, I don't know physics of kicking off a football and I didnt play soccer. I dont really care to. How about calm down and make an argument without trying to insults someone's intelligence. I assure you that I know things you have no clue about too. Did Arizonas kicker have a problem kicking in the end zone or was it only windy for Bass? Pretty common knowledge that Bass has problems kicking since last season. Yes. Also I do think McD stepped in. At least on some plays he did. Sideline showed him with a play card over his mouth while talking. Thats usually calling a play.
  4. They ran a lot of screens and LoS quick passes last week. It will be possible as long as the score is close. Tackling is what is important this week really. Not that, that is not important every week.
  5. You want to talk history? The past history is 11-2 in buffalos favor. I think there were only 3 games in there where the score was close.
  6. Hopefully he just kicks it through the endzone everytime. I was worried about it last week and was saying "Please just kick it through the end zone" in the GDT. Then he didnt and nothing happened. Then I said it again and he didnt again and AZ got the return. I know it was windy but Bass doesnt seem to have a leg anymore. Its just a matter of time that it continues to cost us... again. They'll shoot him up and he will be fine. He's gonna feel it though.
  7. Just like that roughing the QB call gave them a TD on their drive. There is nothing much Poyer can tell them that isnt on film already. Maybe some communication stuff on D? If the Bills are smart, they would have changed that stuff already.
  8. I believe its even better than that. Its 42 games since the Bills have been beaten by more than 6 points. Thats actually only 1 score.
  9. That was a great read thank you. People often forget not only the toll that football takes on these players bodies but how much worse a Thursday night game is for them.
  10. Probably because people view you as one of the more reasonable people and also one of the smarter football people on the forum. When your take doesnt align with what the rest of the world sees, it seems like an agenda. This isnt a case of a few media people think Josh is bad and a few think he is great type of things. There isnt a person in the world that doesnt credit Vons effort for that sack. Calling it a freebee sack diminishes his effort on the play. No, he didn't physically tackle Murray, but he did still cause the sack.
  11. OK thats fair on the TEs. Depending on what their assignments were of course. Maybe thats a B. I dunno. I didn't watch film nor do I know what the gameplan was. Obviously Gabe would get an S, since S is higher than A+.
  12. There is another angle somewhere on these forums from behind the QB. Miller pushed his guy into Murray. Murray tried to step up in the pocket and tripped over the linemans left leg.
  13. Thanks for that. I actually enjoyed the listen and his thoughts. Pretty unbiased and fair look at both teams.
  14. I have not but I will. Thanks.
  15. Honestly he looked better than I expected. He still has an arm and good ball placement. He is old though and pretty immobile.
  16. I think as the weeks go on, Shakir is going to grab a lot of attention. The guy is too explosive with the ball. I belive that is why the Bills built the way they did and run the offense they do. WR by committee. Dont need to force feed anyone. Take this guy away and we got that guy over there. Id still like to see a game changing star like Deebo added but we got a lot of guys that aren't stars but can still get the job done.
  17. You get to Tua the same way the Bills have always gotten to Tua... you identify his first read and take it away. The reason he gets rid of the ball so quick is that his receivers are so fast his first read is always open. Tua is definitely great at getting the ball out quick and accurately. Not so good at doing things when the play breaks down and he has to go beyond 1-2 reads.
  18. Grades shouldnt be based on how many yards they got. It should be based on whether or not they did their job. Did they make the most of their opportunities. Did they block when they needed to block. Did they run good routes and get open. Etc. It isnt all about how many yards they got. Tyreek Hill could make one catch all game for 80 yards. By your standards that sounds like it would be a high grade when it not necessarily should be. Did you know Kincaid was drawing upwards of triple coverage? You give him a C for that? I dunno, maybe A+ is high but I wouldnt call it high just because "yardage." Most of the league was down on passing this week. Im curious... how do you win a tailgate? I havent been to a game in a long time but I used to go pretty often. Are there some games or something or are you competing for best food/setup?
  19. Gunner something is seriously clouding your judgement on this. Pretty much the entire world see's that play as Von. You are pretty much the only one in the world that doesn't. You're one of the most respected posters on this board and this is a little bit of an exaggeration but your stubbornness on this is ruining your rep. Murray was on the ground because Von pushed his man into his lap. That is a fact. Everyone sees that but you. Maybe think about that for a second. If you removed the lineman and Murray tripped over Vons legs would you then just say Von got a freebee because they lineman wasnt there?
  20. You actually did say that Ed and Groot beat their reps and basically all Miller did was get the tag. Let me ask you this... Why was Murray on the ground
  21. I think they could be better prepared for kick returns by just kicking the ball through the endzone and not having them happen. I was saying it all day in the GDT because I knew a return was coming.
  22. There is one good thing about playing the Chiefs and Ravens... those are the contenders. So if we happen to beat them then we would have a leg up on them in the seeding race.
  23. The reality is that Von destroyed his guy and pushed him all the way back into Murray which caused the sack. I love how you downplay this. It was Vons effort that created the play. Thats pretty stubborn to not want to give a guy credit here. If that were Oliver youd be jumping for joy over it. You even thought he was involved in the play and initially tried to credit him and he had nothing to do with it.
  24. Murray tripped because Von pushed his linemen into his lap. Dunno why this is hard for you.
