  1. Nope just didn't realize the article was so long ago. Didn't realize Philly replaced their coach.... Sorry.
  2. If Daboll had another great year he'll probably have his pick of a few teams. Eagles Cowboys Bangals Raiders Hot seat coaches 2021: https://thedraftnetwork.com/articles/nfl-head-coaches-on-hot-seat-2021 I think he'll take Turbiski to Philly. I just hope the Bills are training his replacement. So we don't have a fall off after he leaves.
  3. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports the Packers' release of WR Jake Kumerow was the "death knell" in the team's relationship with Aaron Rodgers. The organization's decision to cut Kumerow just 24 hours after Rodgers publically praised him was reportedly the last straw of a disagreement that begun bubbling the moment QB Jordan Love was drafted. The 37-year-old has a "5% chance" of returning as the team's starter next year, per ESPN's Rob Demovsky, and appears to already have one foot out the door — whether it's for Jeopardy or another team is to be determined. It's a storyline that needs to be monitored since any franchise would become an immediate threat for Super Bowl LVI the moment it lands him.

  5. Huh Madden has the right of it. But why the punter? It's not a rule Ok found this explanation by BILL B https://www.google.com/amp/www.bostonherald.com/sports/patriots_nfl/the_blitz/2013/09/football_nerd_alert_bill_belichick_explains_history_of_using%3famp
  6. Serious question, why is the punter the holder? I thought it should always be the back up QB or a gadget player. That would provide more options for a fake or bad snap.
  7. What did it for me was throwing the ball 6 times inside the 10 yard line resulting in an interception and a 4 and out (with a rookie QB).... especially when you have McCoy it was dreadful. Calling screens and 10 yard curls when you need 12+. It's play calling and play design ... it's as if we don't have plays for 3rd and Long. Switching to the zone scheme was a stupid call and that's on the HC. I want him gone and I don't usually call for someone to be gone.
  8. The bottom line in my opinion is that teams figured out TT stack the box, contain Taylor in the pocket. Forced 3 and outs got the D very tired and shut down the whole team. Granted the D had their own problems but both the Jets and Saints made stopping McCoy and Taylor look easy. It's an easy blueprint to follow. Dennisons Offense is predicated on one thing that TT just can't do, quick throws from the the pocket with anticipation. If Peterman can do this then it was an easy change to make. My problem is that I hate Dennisons offense. When he was with the Bronco's they were terrible with Manning, that is until Payton took the play calling into his own hands and did what he does.
