I'd be okay with a one year rental and drafting a kid to develop yet I'm not 100% sold on McKenzie and a rookie alone filling the role especially with no Manny Sanders too.
I'm guessing Mckenzie is going to be the slot WR, they can still sign someone obviously but this is my guess.

I'll bet money we sign a veteran- Patrick Peterson perhaps? Draft 2 corners, If Tre White isn't his old self putting the secondary in the hands of a rookie and Dane Jackson makes little sense imo.

I thought we did a good job of replacing the guys we lost, I like the addition of McKissic, I think he'll be huge on 3rd downs and could lessen the blow when we finally cut Beasley.
We're super thin at CB right now so I'd like to see what they do here, I'm almost positive we'll select 2 corners in the draft regardless if we pick up a replacement for Wallace. I liked Dane Jackson's play last season but right now he's our CB2, kind of scary imo. It's going to take Tre a bit to get back into form and most of the time you hear it takes a full season for a player to rehab that particular injury to where they were before so we'll see.
I want to hear what McDermott's plans are if we don't pick up a premiere pass rusher in FA, how is this a championship caliber defense with no legit pass rusher? Again we'll have to rely on Allen playing out of his mind scoring 45 points per game to win. Some teams are really starting to close the gap but of course if we do land that pass rusher that changes the landscape entirely.
No backup QB yet either, this is going to be an interesting scenario as I suspect that teams who lose out on Watson will then start looking at Garapollo and then Winston goes. I think a guy like Marcus Mariota would be a solid get for us but the injuries that guy gets are worrisome. My suggestion was Dalton but I'd prefer a guy who can run.

Only if he's Chandler Jones' practice dummy, other than that he shouldn't be on this roster even with the PS.

Well it is not all we are doing. We are also creating lot of dead cap for future years. I am not saying we shouldn't do it but it is important to note.

All we’re doing is taking the money owed to Micah Hyde and turning it into guaranteed money. So the player gets that money upfront and the Bills free up much needed space.-

I don't know what sack and pressure rate is or what it really means but we were 11th in the league getting to the QB which isn't terrible but we just lost 2 guys who accounted for 9 total sacks. No way or at least I hope there is no way we aren't going after 1 of the better pass rushers imo.
The Bucs defense were all over Mahomes in the SB and the Bengals defense shut him down also.

What McDermott has said many times is that he wants pressures. He says the sacks will take care of themselves.
Your wording I guess just made me think that's what you meant, my mistake.

Not terrible but now we are losing our leader in sacks Mario Addison (7) and Jerry Hughes (2).

So, if you keep wanting more of things that McDermott doesn't care about, you're going to be continually disappointed.
I've never heard McDermott ever say he doesn't want sacks. That doesn't make any sense.

We couldn’t get it done with veterans Hughes/Addison along with the rotation of Epenesa, Groot and Basham but you’re telling me we are just going to throw them to the wolves and hope for the best? I highly doubt that, that would be a big mistake imo. It’s time to put the big boy pants on and go get a real pass rusher while the kids mature.
