  1. I actually believe they will be better then the d-line we had the first couple of years when Mario was here. Players are now comfortable with what they're doing and Shaq will bring more energy and effort than Mario did. Just would like to know how is the depth looking ir is gonna look. This defense have the potential to be very solid which could help the offense a lot. Can't wait to see things get going. My prediction is double digit sacks for all 4.
  2. This is the one area that concerns me and it make me wonder if Sammy's contract year will be affected by Tyrod's in abilities. I'm actually under the belief that this could be Sammy's last year in Buffalo. He'll either sign elsewhere because of Tyrod's in abilities or the Bills will go off of his lack of production due to Tyrod's in abilities. Either way I strongly believe this is Sammy's last year. I hope I'm wrong though.
  3. Did I say something wrong? Also if it irritate you so badly why even respond? If I don't feel a post is worth of a response I don't respond to it. That simple. A message board really get people bent out of shape.
  4. That I know nothing about. I just saw the rumor posted on this board. For me what gave it some merit was they fact that they declined his option. That could be a huge risk. I'm also speaking of Chris Hogan, I wouldn't be surprised if Clay get the boot sometime soon, not sure on Robert Woods but I hated to see him go. I believe Goodwin, will pop up and have a decent season being able to use his speed and put in better situations. We can go on.
  5. I never mentioned alienating the fan base. It's about the talent that they get rid of and end up keeping lesser talent.
  6. I'm not saying that it don't happen to other teams but the team I pay attention to do it to often for me. The amount of players the Bills allow to leave and they go on to be a intricate part to a super bowl winning team or a playoff team is painful to watch at times. Like the rumor that's floating around about Watkins. To me that sound like a new front office that's desperate to prove that they can do things their way and be successful. It's as if they will get rid of whoever just to say what they will build will be even better. How about just keeping your talent and putting them in better positions to win? Later for the egos, and trying to build your own legacy. Keep who you believe will help you win. This just sound like they want to do something bold and hope it pays off and see what rewards they will reap if it work. Could be wrong but that's my observations. Kind of remind me of a less talking Rex.
  7. Thank you. Sammy a head case? And overvalued? Lol. And I'm willing to bet he believe Tyrod is the best QB in the nfl
  8. This in a nutshell. The personnel was built for a 4-3 defense and Rex decided that what him and his brother wanted was more important then what they players were more comfortable with and that's why they bills defense failed. There were times they played with 9 players on the field and a lot of times 10 or 11. Shaq Lawson played de at Clemson and Rex draft him to make him a olb. Rex forced his scheme and it didn't fit. Period.
  9. Exactly that KC game is a strong indicator if how Tyrod struggles to get Sammy the ball. People are fooled by the so called second half of the season. Tyrod still struggled to get Sammy the ball. The big illusion was the yards Sammy was gaining on the minimum chances he was getting. Look at the Houston game that year. The only game Tyrod got Sammy the ball on a consistent basis was that last Jets game. That's why I say if I'm the Bills all I want to see I'd Sammy healthy for the majority of the season. I really don't expect much with Tyrod under center
  10. You sound like you're jealous more then anything. I'm talking about his ability to play receiver for the Bills and you're concerned about what he sale or what he says to fans that provoked him? Really? And he apologized for his bad choice of words. But that's enough for you to want to run him out of Buffalo. Thank god you don't work for them.
  11. Thank you. Just somebody that couldn't wait to be negative for the day. I've never heard anywhere that Sammy don't want to be here. Also I never heard or mentioned that Sammy will go out there and not give a full effort. However there have been plenty of times where Sammy is out there running around for basically nothing. As long as I see effort and a health season that's good enough for me period.
  12. You're right and it's also further proof that the Bills should definitely do what it take to keep Sammy even if he do just stay healthy and lack production below expectations. Hate is a strong word and I don't know him to hate him. I just don't believe he's a good qb. Bottom line. And if he's better then I think why would he settle for a restructured deal for lesser money, especially considering how many afc teams need a qb. Bottom line is not many teams were high on Tyrod at all.
  13. Please go back and really look at those games again and you will see it really was Sammy that made Tyrod look better then he actually was. That Houston game Sammy only had 2 catches but he had over 100yds. He wasn't targeted that much at all that game. That KC game he dominated the first half and the second half he was targeted one time if that. The only game the second half of the season that Tyrod got Sammy the ball consistently was the Jets game. The second half of the season really wasn't what people think it was. Sammy was just getting a chunk of yards on the minimal targets he had.
  14. Exactly. I'm not really looking forward to production. I'm looking forward to him playing all 16 games or at least 13. Production will depend on qb play and I don't know enough about Peterman and I don't trust Tyrod.
  15. I understand that but he will only be as good as Tyrod will allow him to be. I believe he can stay healthy and I also believe he's one of the best route runners in the league. The problem is he don't always get the looks. He had to beg for the ball one season and he still didn't get the ball on a consistent basis but when he got his opportunities he shined. I'll just look for a healthy Sammy. A productive Sammy is up to Tyrod. And I really wouldn't depend that.
  16. Playing with Tyrod I really don't expect that much production from Sammy or any of the receivers. However if Sammy stays healthy they should extend him because they know what he's capable of and his possible lack of production most likely won't be his fault. I'm just looking for him to remain healthy for the season. That would be good enough for me until a new qb arrives in Buffalo.
  17. The Bills are a team that I just give the wait and see approach. I'm not trusting no more coaches, general managers, or new owners. They're my team and I'll always support them but I won't get excited or disappointed about any move they make until I see positive results. Other then that the Bills won't keep bringing my pressure up. Been a fan long enough to learn to just wait and see.
  18. Uhhhhh he still wasn't that great in 2015 still had the same problems in 2016. A few bombs here and there that's it
  19. Whaley have done a ok job. I don't think he's anywhere near the worst. All you have to do is look at the entire AFC and tell me how many of the 16 teams have franchise qb's I'll wait. That position is very hard to acquire. The only thing you can do is hope that you finally get your guy. But the AFC shows that it's hard to do.
  20. Exactly. I already know what they will be. Uhhhhh a new coaching staff, a new scheme, injuries, oh and the defense didn't do their part.
