  1. A bit off topic, but my mom passed about 3.5 years ago. I don't have any super natural story. She was doing home hospice, and then went into a facility when she could no longer take the pain. She was in a facility for 4 days before she died. This was at The height of covid and Ofcourse they had a bunch of stupid restrictions. The day my mom died (her 4th day) I was there with my dad, wife and my daughter. It was blazing hot out (we could only be inside for a limited time due to restrictions 🙄). My dad decided to go home cuz of the heat and he had basically lived there the past 4 days. Within an hr they called and said my mom passed. It was devastating to my dad that he wasn't there and to this day I absolutely hate it. 53 years they were married and he wasn't there. I apologize, didn't mean to be Debbie downer, and I'm not blaming anyone. The topic just brought up some old feelings. I am very grateful though that me and my wife went in to see her hours before she passed.
  2. Just speculation here, as we don't know what they'll do in the draft, but it seems they are happy to continue with the guys that played big roles when our defense was pretty banged up last year. Which I'm fine with, I just hope there isn't a big drop off, which in theory, there shouldn't be
  3. Can we put the Diggs trades to bed now? Sure he could still get traded, but seems highly unlikely
  4. Bro knows this how exactly?
  5. Well If his cap hit isn't THAT much, Im willing to trade him for Justin Jefferson and a 1st. How crazy would that be 😳
  6. How can the bills possibly trade him. Isn't his cap hit huge?
  7. Honestly, after his debacle here, I'm happy he's been able to somehow survive in the nfl. Takes alot of heart to be embarrassed on a world wide stage like that and somehow keep going. I doubt he'll ever be a starter for a team, but glad he's been able to keep going
  8. NC state upsetting Duke last night makes me feel a little better about cuse losing to the the uther night
  9. He's gotta be halfway decent by now right? RIGHT?!
  10. I think he does. He knows Diggs isn't getting younger.
  11. I agree. Signing Samuel makes me think they'll only take one wr in the draft, which I'm ok with if they get a top prospect. No round 2 or 3 guys
  12. So - Diggs Samuel Shakir Draft Draft Everyone else is expendable Edit - totally forgot about hollins 😬
  13. I bet they make the NIT. Which I guess is better than nothing. They did have some good wins this season, but they're not an ncaa tournament team yet
  14. WE ARE KILLING IT IN FREE AGENCY. in all seriousness, this is good.
  15. Agree. Quite obvious watching them tonight. They're terrible at defense, can't move the ball around on offense, someone just trys to drive the ball every posession. I'd just give it to bell and let him shoot 3's all night
  16. If this team somehow makes the ncaa tournament, they'll go nowhere. They honestly would probably do better in the nit tournament. They have no defense
  17. Good signing. Don't even need the draft now 😜
  18. Is it possible the bills are waiting for the new league year to start before signing free agents so they're "cap compliment"?
  19. I actually would've loved to keep him when he became a free agent. I think him and cook would be an awesome duo
  20. Honestly wouldn't be surprised if he does well there. Doug Peterson has done well with that team. Even zay Jones has been productive for them.
  21. Sorry if I missed it, does his extension save us anything on the cap
  22. For a million dollars, it's a good deal, but what is the steelers long term plan? Let's say russ gets them to 10-7, they won't have a high draft pick to draft a qb, and russ is on the backside of his career. I wouldn't exactly be pumped if I was a steelers fan. This seems like it could set them back in the long run, but what do I know
  23. I think it's way too much of a coincidence that his production dropped off after Brady took over. I think something changed schematically that caused his drop in production. Obviously it worked to some degree because they were the 2 seed and had greatly improved after Brady took over. Obviously the drop in the kc game was huge, but I do believe there is something to getting in a rhythm, and he hadn't been in one for sometime at that point. I think he bounces back just fine next season, especially if they load up with weapons. They need a number 2 receiver badly. I feel like we haven't had one in 5 years
  24. After watching him this season, it's amazing he got them into the playoffs in 2021
