he is certainly closer to it than not one. I am excited to see improvement from him next year as he has trended up imo all year.
Next year if the progression is not there then they really need to look at where they want to go
i do agree and it's being applied incorrectly over what it was intended it's just the way it's written presently... It should of been no flag imo but it is in the book...you could expand it the same way for the kick off mess up since he didn't take a knee or give himself up really
once it was 4th and 27 the play was to punt and pin them deep with all three time outs that had more of chance of working than going for it
the amount of quick pressure on those two plays was mind boggling as I thought O line for the most part held up well. But not on those two possessions the fourth down pressure was embarrassing considering only three rushers were used by Houston yet Dawkins and Felaciano(him going to help spain and morse vs the DT was histarical) just let the guy right thru
too many times McKenzie was on the field at crucial times vs Beasley and how this happens I have no clue
Texans CB's had the worst passer rating against going into that game but I seen a lot of times the defensive guy was right on the WR so they were not getting separation in the second half like the first.
A first half
D+ second half he did manage to get them in for the FG to tie and up to those last two drives the ball was not in his hands they went conservative handing off a lot. That fumble was brutal
For the game C the decision to throw to Dimarco head scratching and they played rushed on the drive vs calm
they didn't throw but 6 times until they need the pts to to tie went ultra conservative on offense and defense as well imo
OT most definitely too much throwing and looking like they thought they had to score fast
I agree completely with all of this
IT is a dumb rule applied to areas that it should not be and this was one of those it should of not be called
As for OT agree 100% I was scratching my head at why no runs with singletary was no need to rush down just take your time march down and kick the FG ... they seemed to be playing in a end of the game rushed mode imo and not very patient
you play the game by the rules take a knee and then there is no question there are rules for a reason he is live until he takes a knee or is tackled or goes down uncontested like a pick by the d at the end and they just lay down...but then again the guy would be down on the ground not just standing up
I'm, he can't jump better, he's a FB
Yeah those FB's are not the most athletic guys
real bad attempt on the jump lol but oldmanfan is correct he would of caught it with a better attempt
In the first quarter the same happened where allen called TO that looked like delay of game there too
To those not thinking the tv and actual timeclock are the same
exactly
running dimarico on a go route head scratching and then throwing to him may two look silly
that allen sweep was gonna get huge yardage til the two linemen let 41 go right between them and blow allen up
