I don’t think it has anything to do with some old folk’s home. It was clear years ago that other Dems in NY didn’t like him because he’s a moderate and he’s Italian. He may very well be a huge dick and try to muscle people. I’ve heard that people have other issues with him personally and they’re just trying to cut him off at the knees because he’s a threat and he’s a great communicator and they don’t want him to be the face of the party. I’m sure he rubz some people the wrong way.

Yeah, I don’t even like the guy but it’s pretty obvious that people on both the left and right are frustrated on how he operates and I just think that this isn’t the appropriate way to deal with that frustration. If this is all they got, then I don’t blame him for telling everyone to piss off. If what you say is true on those other things, feel free to investigate and impeach him. A sitting Governor shouldn’t resign for what’s in this report. The one girl said she “thought” he wanted to have sex with her. She “thought?” I’m sorry, that’s gonna gonna cut it. Did he try to have sex with you or not?

Didn’t do what? if there’s more out there and he tried to have sex with these woman, then I would start to break against him for cheating on his wife, and then it would become a personal decision for his family and he should probably step down for respect of his family, but then our entire government would have to step down according to you. I don’t see any of that in this report. We’re not taking about a school principal that put his hands on a child while breaking up a fight, we’re talking about unseating a sitting Governor who has millions of supporters and was duly elected.

Where is the abuse? If there’s actually something there than I’d be with you, but a sitting Governor who’s deep in thought going out to his limo, on his way to have a serious meeting, who gently runs his finger down a woman’s spine on his way out the door, isn’t grounds for removal of a sitting Governor. I’m sorry, it just isn’t.

I think you’re just afraid to stay the truth. I read the report earlier. This wouldn’t be enough to get a 2nd shift crew leader at Taco Bell fired. We’re supposed to unseat a sitting Governor over this? Nah, sorry.

There may be some Dems out there(obviously) that never liked the guy for being Italian with everything that goes along with that, but I’m not going to go along with this “trial by Twitter” stuff. He obviously doubled down and says some of these accusations are untrue. Well, impeach him, do whatever you want, but I don’t think the guy should automatically resign. Personally, I don’t think sexual harassment alone is enough to unseat a sitting Governor. the executive of the state, who was supported by millions of voters, should be forced into resignation. I don’t believe that sexual harassment reaches the threshold to overturn the the will of the people in that state. Sexual assault would be a different story. Let the voters or the courts decide.

The country elected a president named Trump that raped teenage girls and then settled with them. The voters don’t care. White women were fully aware of everything Trump did and voted for him a 2nd time. Cuomo knows that.

At the end of the day, these specific allegations aren’t enough for a sitting Governor to resign over in 2021, even if all of them are true. You gotta bring something stronger than that. You might not like to hear that, but it’s the reality. No politician is going to allow themselves to get “Al Franken’d” ever again.

The next step will be checkpoints in NJ/NYC. You’ll need a valid vaccine passport to enter these places pretty soon. I also wouldn’t allow anyone returning from Florida and other terrible states to enter without a clean test no older than 48 hours. Early on in the pandemic, Rhode Island (Red Governor) had checkpoints to stop people from NYC coming in.

Publix stock isn’t publicly traded. It’s an employee owned company. It doesn’t take the same hit that yours would in a bad market. I plan to just leave it there.
