DC already has high crime and add in crowds that are protesters and counter protesters, we already seen what a mob can do, sometimes for one’s own safety you need a presence. There has to be some type of morality in a society that is maintained by laws. We can base some laws we have to the Ten Commandments such as its wrong to steal and its wrong to murder, we have laws that say it’s against the law to steal and murder.
