  1. I hate the saying "take the points". A 49-yard field goal isn't automatic either.
  2. I don't get how we didn't try another RB screen the rest of the game after the 2nd or 3rd play of the game went about 61-yards to Patterson. That play has been effective almost every time we've ran it this year. Last week we ran none of them. This week we run one that gets a huge gain then go completely away from it again and go straight back to run up the middle on first and second down. There's so much predictability in the playcalling this year.
  3. It's not reactionary at all. I can handle a coach having a 2-4 start. What I can't handle is coaches that think kicking a 46-yard field goal with a bad kicker with the game on the line is a higher percentage play than trying to get 1 yard. I could've told you the result there so why can Leipold never see it coming? He did the same thing a lot with Mitcheson and it failed almost every time. 3rd and goal from the 9-yard line early in the game and he ran too. I don't care who your QB and WRs are. If you're going to keep calling running plays on that down and distance then you're overly conservative. Our passing game was great today too.
  4. UB gets a TD in OT to go up 20-14 and Balter misses the XP. Unreal Ohio gets the TD and XP to win 21-21. This isn't reactionary either but I hope Leipold is fired. I hate his coaching style. Such a conservative boring coach who is way too obsessed with running and often tries long field goals with bad kickers. He's such a gutless coach.
  5. Leipold calls a timeout right before Ohio jumps offside on 4th and 1 from the 29-yard line. UB would've had first down at the Ohio 24-yard line if he didn't do that with only 1:26 left in a 14-14 game. Then he tries a 46-yard field goal which is an extremely low percentage play in college instead of going for it on 4th and 1 and of course it's missed. I bet you'd convert 4th and 1 way more than you would make a 46-yard field goal with a freshman college kicker. Not sure why so many college coaches treat long field goals like a gimme. At least Ohio got stopped and it's going to OT now but that's still annoying how he cost us a chance to win in regulation there.
  6. Koonce with a strip sack and Riggins recovers First play after that Vantrease hits Nunn for a TD to give UB a 14-7 lead with about 14:40 left in the 4th qtr.
  7. TD! Vantrease to Johnson on 4th and 3 from the 4-yard line.
  8. I mean seriously... 3rd and goal from the 9 and we run again? Then miss the field goal.
  9. Tell me how we were called for holding 4 times today and I don't think they were called for a single one. The Patriots get a lot of time to throw yet are never holding. Riiight Seems like a lot of the time when the Bills are driving the refs always spot a holding on the them.
  10. Yeldon and Nsekhe both let him come in unblocked. The right side of the line constantly gives up pressure.
  11. RT and RG are far and away the two biggest problems on this team. There aren't many holes on this roster but those two positions are possibly both the worst in the league. I'll never understand the Cody Ford pick. He has a really terrible combine where he ran extremely slow and didn't bench much. Nsekhe is look really mediocre too.
  12. That's not his fault. That was all on Nsekhe who let the guy come in unblocked yet again
  13. F'n Nsekhe again. Didn't even block anyone He and Cody Ford need replaced
  14. It only stops until the ball is set unless it's inside of 5 minutes of the half
  15. Cody Ford got beat around the edge again... Never understood that draft pick. He had a piss poor combine where he ran really slow and didn't bench much
  16. How has Lee Smith earned more playing time over Dawson Knox and Tommy Sweeney?
  17. Every f'ing time the Bills are driving to take the lead the refs call holding on the Bills. That's 4 freaking holdings on us now and none for them. And we're at home. Pathetic cheating.
  18. I'm saying though how silly that is. Because if the DB just runs into the guy then it's a penalty. They need to change that because that's just weird. Whether you make contact or completely reroute him you're still impeding him and clearing a path for the receiver.
  19. So after three holdings called against the Bills now I hope they actually watch the New England line for once because they hold too and don't get called ever. Even at home Buffalo gets screwed in big games.
  20. How many blatant penalties are the Patriots going to get away with? This is ridiculous
  21. That's where it's supposed to go. Back shoulder away from the defender
