So you pick a list that only counts the top ten countries of income per capita and then say " all countries"- you seem to feel that only white majority countries count along with Japan.

Yes, this list is focused on the developed and wealthy countries. That makes it even more damning, but if you want to compare our rates to countries mired in civil war or rampant corruption, like Syria or Venezuela, be my guest.

With ~29% of the worlds wealth, we have the means to create immense change within the criminal justice system, yet our incarceration, recidivism  and "death by cop" rates are downright atrocious. We can do better.

Trying what? To ask for evidence? Doesn't the constant speculation and sweeping judgements get old?

Not even just with football. It's the entire Twitter culture we are in these days.

It's an online forum - the perfect place for speculation!

I find it reasonable to speculate that NFL team employees, even in the best of times,  are in an extremely stressful & demanding environment, and I doubt they are getting much slack during COVID (Sales & Marketing have always had a "Produce, No Matter What" culture).

  3. COVID has brought many challenges to the standard employee. Kids at home, kitchen table offices, digital learning support for children, minimal in person meetings with colleagues, etc. etc.

Some employers understand this, some, not so much. This may not be a Pegula problem, but a common theme across all NFL teams, which have always been a "no excuses" and "championship or bust" environment. I'm not shocked a NFL team shows little to no empathy to our new normal.

The Bills are built around a concept of good to very good players at most positions, instead of a few top guys and lots of JAGs.  With the salary cap, this is the way to go.

Might be better in a separate thread...but I'm curious what championship contenders are "A few elites, and then JAGs" rosters? Maybe the Seahawks, but I don't think that's the case with the Saints, 49ers, Chiefs, Cowboys, Ravens, Eagles or Vikings.

The Bills do have many good to great players, and Mcdermott is able to create a better sum than its parts. Maybe Edmunds, Dion, Diggs or Josh can join Tre in the "top guys" party soon.

    Great signing - I'm a fan!

Thank you!  The process will grow stale real quick if they don't reward the guys that earn it.  Shaq and Jordan are on that list.

Yannick Ngakoue has exactly 1.5 more sacks than Shaq this year (8 to 6.5) while playing 695 snaps to Shaq's 464 snaps.  That means that on average Yannick gets a sack every 87 snaps and Shaq gets one every 71 snaps.  We have a guy on our team that has bought in, produced, and will be cheaper while being a known commodity.  No reason to spend more money on Ngakoue for less production.

We can pay Shaq, Jordan and Yannick.

We have a quality QB making pennies. This is the time that you spend / trade like crazy and stack the team!
