Tanking the season for a QB is the last thing this fan base needs to endure in my humble opinion. How are the Colts and A Luck working out? I don't think you could expect a better outcome at QB. You need good systems in place on both sides of the football, good coaches and players or the superstar QB you just drafted is not going to shine. He may even get ruined by the time you do build a team around him thats good enough to win. Seahawks is a good model to follow IMO Kirb.

Rochester has pulled up allot of data on this and the better HC's in the league get results fast. (within 2 seasons) McD took on in my opinion a talented football team that needs direction. Like you, I want to see results, and not a year or two down the line, NOW...

Problem is most likely in the diverter and you probably want to call an experienced plumber to get it fixed IMO. Takes special tools and the know how...
