I’d watch any football ever. It’s my favorite thing. I’d say you’d be better served having a 4 team playoff at the bottom of the list to determine the draft order. The only issue is you got guys playing in a game that won’t be a part of their future

No. It will be the same thing. Maybe the STs coordinator change. An aspect of the game that has been completely phased out but we are obsessed with it. We suck at it but if you can’t play teams, this dude will keep you inactive

That’s not enough. 2 stops in 6 quarters is not enough. KC hasn’t scored 30 in a year. They got 32, fumbled in the red zone and also didn’t even try to score on the last drive. Enough of this. This defense is not good enough. 2 stops. It should be closer to allowing 2 TDs than 2 stops. Even the ***** teams KC played, stopped them. It was ONLY us. You have a team that only throw’s underneath and won’t push the ball down field. And this ####### is playing corners 8 yards off! How is that even a thought in your mind? This team will only throw short….get on them at the line FFS

We scored 29 points on the road against a good defense in arrowhead. A place where refs were literally taking first downs away…we lost because the defense can’t stop anyone. That’s it. Zero grey area. As is the case every year, the offense did more then enough

When I say this it will sound impossible and like a joke but Im not kidding. Get creative and at this point, I don’t care about late first round draft picks. Find a way to get Garret AND Crosby. That’s how we overcome this horrendous HC and his scheme. 2 game changers that even he can’t mess up. Skimp and move money, sacrifice the future. Go get both. We have plenty of cheap guys to fill in. Make 1 run

You wouldn’t trade these years for the drought years but these years hurt way worse. Use that information however you want in consideration of the OP. The pain is much worse but you wouldn’t want to be playing meaninglessness games. 2017/2019/2020 were the most fun years because there were no expectations. And winning was new and fun. There’s not much joy here now it’s a lot of anxiety until heartbreak. There’s only 2 more games we can win to feel a sense of accomplishment and that’s a tight lie unfortunately

I want to do something other than what we did. It didn’t work. All year KC did nothing downfield and was all underneath. Why the ***** would you give them 7 or 8 yards of cushion at the snap to do what they already wanted to do? All day I’d have dared them to beat me deep. Giving teams with good QBs, free releases will never work. It makes zero sense. Idw what decade this guy is in. He thinks Darrel Lamonica is going to just start slinging 60 yard bombs over the top. It’s not the way the league is played. This coach is such a *****. Get up on the line and make the QB hold the ball for a half second extra. Don’t just let them kill you with free releases. Why would anyone even have to be told that? They want to try and hit you over the top? Let them try. We had 2 goddamn safety’s back there 40 yards deep for some reason

He’d be great to have but would be completely wasted here. This guys defense is a joke. And we rotate guys out so much, he’d be playing half the snaps. It’s just pointless. Until there’s a new DC and McDermotts scheme is gone, don’t even bother

The sad part is I actually think we do have alot of really good players. I think the roster is excellent and we should already have a Super Bowl. This team is incredibly hindered by horrendous coaching. The players are not the problem. But until we get a different coach in here, it won’t matter. Bring in whoever you want on defense and they won’t matter. You can have miles Garret or Chris Jones and this ####### will be rotating them off the field every other drive because he knows better. You can have 2 lockdown corners and they’ll be laying 9 yards off the WRs on the snap because we are terrified of giving up a big play. It’s ok if they get 8 yards 10 plays in a row, just can’t let them get it in 1. This guy knows better. Nothing he ever does works but god forbid you ever question it because he knows better

They absolutely do not make stops. I’m not letting that go. We never EVER make stops. We didn’t force a punt for 6 and a half quarters. And we didn’t stop them on that FG drive. We were tied and turned around and let them go right to the 10 and score. Here’s an incredible scenario…how about instead of letting a team walk 50 yards down the Field free every ***** time…stop them. Get a sack. Make them punt. Get the ball back NOT losing for a change

I’m sad. I came off of my common sense view on the coach for a few weeks and let myself fall for this BS. I’ll never do that again. As long as this guy is here I know we aren’t beating KC. Or Cincinnati I’m sure. I let my guard down 1 last time with McDermott but I’m done. The guy isn’t good enough

You are nuking his career with McDermott. I want to make Brady the HC. I just want a new DC. And a new Defense. I don’t wanna sit through another miserable big game loss praying we are up by 2 scores because we’ll never make a big stop. Ever. Literally 0x

We have good players on this defense. The problem is coaching. The problem is the scheme. We need a new voice from outside the building to take over the defense. Not a McDermott tree guy. Not even a zone guy. A brand new idea. Totally new voice. A guy that will change the attitude and the philosophy. I can’t take another year of this ***** soft zone Defense. I’d rather deal with a guy who is too aggressive and leaves himself open, then watch us give WRs 9 yards of free release. I want to make the other team uncomfortable. I want to set the tone and make other teams worried. I ***** hate the way we play on defense. Our offense has 5x the balls of our defense. McDermotts fingerprints need to be completely off this Defense or fire him.

We aren’t going to ever win with this defense. It’s truly not to the point where why bother? Either change something that might get you there, or you are just accepting the fact that you won’t win. I don’t want to be like that. I’m trying to get 1. You have to take a chance here otherwise we are wasting Josh’s career

I don’t think it’s a window thing. I just think we can’t win with this coach abd this defense. If he’s here we don’t win. That’s where I’m at. This was my last straw. The last bit of optimism. Until he’s gone the run doesn’t start. Because this guy just is not good enough. We just flat out don’t make stops and we don’t make QBs uncomfortable. We scored quite a bit yesterday but it wasn’t easy. And josh was never comfortable. The chiefs defense is coached better than ours. That’s literally inexcusable. If McDermott isn’t a plus for us on D, he’s useless

All 3 playoff games we gave up easy TDs on the first drive. That’s us having zero plan going into the game and just getting exposed.

You just got to score on every possession. It’s incredible. What we ask of josh Allen is ridiculous. Score 29 against THAT defense and our POS defense gets run over again. And people have the balls to put 1 ounce of this on the offense. It’s insane. The offense has lost us exactly 1 playoff games in the McDermott era. The Jags game with Tyrod. That’s it. This coach ***** sucks

We keep hearing WR is the problem too. Even-though we effortlessly score 30 every week and lose because our defense is a door mat.

Just make Brady the HC and hire a DC from outside the organization. Hire a DC with head coaching experience to help Brady get ready. It’s a no brainer to me. I don’t even want to just make McDermott look bad. Offer him a soft landing FO job or something. You just got to get his Defense out of the equation somehow. It’s not fair to josh. It’s not fair to any of us. It’s like the defense when Chan gailey was here. It’s a waste of ***** time

Wouldn’t even think twice. I’d do it in a heartbeat. Makes us better and makes KC worse. Never going to happen but I’d do it the day after the Super Bowl if he wanted
