Dalton Does NOTHING for the Patriots. They dont win a SB with him, and if anything hurt their chance for QB evaluation and QB in 2021.
They will roll with Stidham and let the cards fall as they will
Their ability to Sign a QB comes down to what they will do with
Sanu - 6M in space on Release or trade
Thurney - 14M in space on Release or trade.
They do that and they have 22M in space this year (which will go to the QB)
they have lost revenue from the Draft attendance so far (not a ton but still revenue).
My paycut from my job starts May 1st. I took a 20% hit (valid through the end of the year) unless our revenue projections perform better than what we are thinking.
He will be Bills Property this year. If he clears waivers when cut at camp (he will) he will be placed on the PS 11th IPP exempted roster spot (meaning just like last year can’t move).
now he is off the IPP program after this year and will be like any other player with no roster exemption
Nope because he won’t make the team. Every player signed and drafted are further along in their football development. Are years younger. And also Don’t have An extra roster spot attached to him. He has a HUGE uphill climb a much steeper climb than anyone on the roster to include the UDFA Antonio Williams. Don’t get blinded by a couple of good runs against guys that are now insurance salesmen.
How many are the going to keep?
Reggie Gilliam
Taiwan Jones
Zack Moss - Will Make the Roster
Devin Singletary - Will Make the Roster
Antonio Williams
T.J. Yeldon
Patrick DiMarco
Christian Wade (ONLY ONE THAT HAS AN EXEMPTION)
Perry isn’t on the Roster
He will get a job. There are a lot of OL that could use him. But looking at Bills roster I don’t see an upgrade over what we have so even if interested in him I think he signs with a team where he slots right in a starting spot. There are a lot of them out there
Agree that’s their is Luck involved. Example he stressed until 86 trying to move up could find no takers and Moss still fell to him.
now move that later in the draft he said he had a deal all worked out to move to an NFC team 3-4 spots ahead of him. Just as parameters finalized the player they wanted was took (luck ran out).
but I also feel in the draft if you know how to read what is going on in front of you and understand the league you can shape your Luck. That is where the Good part of being a GM is.
