  1. no it doesn’t. It is an open carry state. To carry Concealed YES you need a permit
  2. nope still don’t
  3. nope why would I?
  4. I have a hard time with the suspension because what would the league suspend him on? They can’t use the DWI as the way the policy is written if he pleads out of the DWI.
  5. Yep. 4 it got tossed once pled down. Now One It got tossed later
  6. was in the XFL this year. Think if I remember right was cut too not sure
  7. https://www.insider.com/quinnen-williams-arrested-on-gun-possession-charge-at-airport-reports-2020-3 this one is majorly different than Oliver’s CWP charge because of the State
  8. Weapons ADD ON CHARGE to DWI.
  9. Only if the DWI isn’t pled out. The suspension for it is very clear. You have to be found liable of the DWI or DUI.
  10. once it gets pled down to Wet Reckless. Nada. Niet, Zilch
  11. Does it all the time. Big donation. Then add the fines for the charge itself. like I said I have had 5 soldiers plead down to wet reckless in my years stationed in Texas without any big donation. Just using the diversion program
  12. How will he miss games for Reckless Driving. The NFL policy says two for DWI. But has to be found guilty. So if doesn’t have that charge how is he missing games?
  13. Ok cool we will see the results of the blood test. say June it will go to court and the plea deal down to reckless driving will be started.
  14. everyone trying to beat a DWI DUI charge should always demand a blood test or refuse the Breath Test.
  15. The Charge is because of the DWI. Nothing more. It is an Add on
  16. maybe. Initially until it gets pled down to Reckless Driving like it will. Then the weapons charge goes away as it can’t be attached to a traffic offense. He could have also said DRAW MY BLOOD.
  17. no. Again the weapon charge is JUST because of the DWI. It is an add on. I walked around with a freaking AR never once get approached by cops as open carry. https://statutes.capitol.texas.gov/Docs/PE/htm/PE.46.htm
  18. The gun charge is an add on for the DWI. Will get tossed watch
  19. Texas it is a matter of the cop saying under the influence other than alcohol. That is the probably cause for the blood draw. He will sit at Montgomery hospital for a couple hours waiting on the warrant
  20. He will get 2 max only if doesn’t plea. Out of the DWI. That is the suspension for a 1st time DWI.
  21. Really then why do the cops go after the mandatory blood draw? Because he didn’t fail the FS test
  22. Yep Open Carry. I walked around with my AR whenever I wanted (not registered except on Post).
  23. absolutely. The weapons charge is an Add on. In an open carry state only can be added on to another offense. This case being the DWI. Once that DWI is pled down to the traffic offense (wet reckless) the weapon charge will be tossed. end of the day after all the talk as long as the Blood draw only shows alcohol. Oliver will have reckless driving and a Fine.
  24. I think the Gun charge will be tossed and depending on the Blood results might get his DUI or DWI charge. (Likely will plead to a different offense) that doesn’t trigger a Suspension (Wet Reckless - meaning reckless driving) and it will all be over
  25. The Open Container - Legal since 2002 I believe meaning unchargable. weapon - Legal
