I understand the risks it takes for Luck, but depending on what it takes to get him, I am willing to take the risk. If it takes both 1st this year, I think it's worth the risk. If it takes both 1sts this year, and a 1st next year, I don't know about that.

Yeah. I think the Bills are in a good spot to build around Cousins. 5 picks in the first 3 rounds this year, then without doing any thorough research, good cap position starting in 2019. I believe it's a good fit.
