  1. I will take any of the DTs Jones, Reed, Robinson.
  2. 3-4 all the way, check out why I think that my friend. http://www.cover1.net/2016/04/cover-1-film-room-shaq-lawson/
  3. Selecting Lawson was the first major move signaling the Bills shift to the 3-4. Lawson will be an outside backer. He compares to many players in Rex' system such as Adalius Thomas and even some Steelers backers Whaley had a hand in brining in such as Woodley and Harrison. Check out how selecting Lawson may lead to the Bills drafting a DT tonight. Film cut ups of Steelers and Ravens comparing the aforementioned players and Lawson. Enjoy http://www.cover1.net/2016/04/cover-1-film-room-shaq-lawson/
  4. I think ur misunderstanding me. What I am saying is the way in which Roman is packaging pass concepts makes it difficult on a QB period. If he can't throw to single wr he has to come all the away across the field to his second read. That's why dilfer said that the footwork doesn't match up. When Qbs drop back and hit top of the drop that's first read. Hitch up once that's second read third/check down is next. There is no progression of footwork and depth of routes. Instead he hits top of drop no one open. Scans backside zone beaters and those guys r covered bc the defenders plaster WRs bc the timing is nonnexistent. Thanks! I haven't seen ur posts this is literally my first thread I am really involved w. First week here too! Go Bills!
  5. Exactly. If u want a run stopper like Reed I would rather have Clark in the second. U can get many of those two gapping DTs in mid rounds. I like Reed but u nailed it. Very little pass rush stats and abilities from Reed. Kaufusi has so many pass rush moves and counters. He will grow into a stud. I hear ya on the Rex likes but let's face it in order to win Whaley must draft guys that fit his complex system. So although Rex isn't the gm the guys have to fit that system. I trust Whaley and he was in Pitt when they drafted Polamalu and he had a big role in it. I think he sees the playmaking skills in Karl. If Joseph wasn't hurt he would have been a top ten pick he's that good. In the end I think the Bills do trade back and go for a playmaker at a position other then def like. As far as Rex being on thin ice bc of trump I'll stay away from politics but I'll leave this. As big a head as Rex is and as much drama as he went thru in year one, do u honestly think that he would go ahead and do the trump rally without discussing it w his boss or general manager? I'm not saying that he asked permission but maybe just ran it by to gauge if there would be issues? It wasn't a problem IMO bc they want to win games bottom line..
  6. Haha thanks for the share my friend! You guys r too kind! I would love for the Bills to draft these guys. But I would be surprised if I get 3 right lol. You guys buying the Reed hype train?
  7. So here is my mock guys. Thoughts? http://www.cover1.net/2016/04/draft/
  8. I am not a big fan of your mock lol jk bud.
  9. lol come on you don't like The Meters? Great funk band lol. But my other videos have some other tracks on them be sure to check out the channel lol. EDIT: But it is not normal not to have the footwork 3,5,7 step drop coincide with the depth of the routes. You know that right? Deep passes are one thing but timing to the drops and depth of WR routes is modern day offense. I appreciate the support, it means a lot. It's really just me running with my passion lol. Thanks for the love!
  10. I went back and studied Roman's pass concepts over the years and he packaged plays just like this. It'll get better. But watch this video, it'll give u an idea what I mean by packaging man vs zone beaters. By the time TT came off the first WR the backside WRs were covered. I will definitely try!
  11. That is true, I think Roman will open it up more. I just worry about his passing game bc like Dilfer said the footwork doesn't match up with the depth of the route. Hence TT is sitting in the pocket waiting for route to develop instead of throwing on timing. If u watch his system going back to SF even with Alex Smith it was the same...
  12. I hear ya, but if you take a look at the Tyrod Taylor video I did you will see how Roman almost made Taylor look like a one read and run QB. He ran a lot of 3x1 sets, solo side ran a Man coverage beater. If not open TT had to read and throw to zone coverage beaters on the 3 WR side. I am not putting all of the blame on either or. Some of that is on having an inexperienced QB too. Roman spends a great deal of time scheming his runs for Sundays that the passing game suffers. There is only so much practice time. It is fairly common knowledge that Roman's passing schemes and route tree are not that complex.
