  1. Impressive WR set to be only rookie starter for the Bills When you have a quarterback like Josh Allen, your top priority has to be getting him players who can maximize his tremendous potential. This is exactly what the Buffalo Bills did when they picked former Florida State wide receiver Keon Coleman in the second round of the 2024 NFL draft. In going over the Bills picks from 2024 as well as their current roster during training camp, Coleman projects to be the team’s only rookie starter. However, we have our eye on two other Bills rookies who could see significant rookie reps on defense.
  2. Thoughts from Day 3 of Bills training camp Buffalo Rumblinks, 7/27: Thoughts from Day 3 of Bills training camp After an impressive first two days at camp, quarterback Josh Allen proved he is mortal after all. Following a great start to Friday’s practice, Allen struggled late, throwing three straight passes that wound up being intercepted. Among the other key takeaways from the third practice session: Defensive end Dawuane Smoot was back with the first unit and even saw reps at defensive tackle; rookie running back Ray Davis continued to flash his immense potential; kicker Tyler Bass was extremely accurate with his field goals; rookie wideout Keon Coleman is embracing his role as a valuable offensive weapon who can be deployed anywhere on the field; Marquez Valdez-Scantling recorded the offensive play of the day; linebacker Matt Milano made a terrific play in coverage as he works his way back from last year’s season-ending fractured tibia, and more! Milano flashing Allen starts hot, Bills defense finishes hot in Friday's practice Matt Milano continues to be in his usual starting role and practicing at a full capacity. He made a terrific play in coverage on Friday to diagnose a swing pass and get to the boundary in a hurry. Right after the play, defensive coordinator Bobby Babich immediately came over to slap Milano’s hand and congratulate him for the play.
  3. The early reports from Bills training camp are that Samuel has been lining up all over (including the backfield) and is in motion a ton.
  4. Looks like Dion Dawkins has a special new jersey for his locker.
  5. Josh Allen: Acting Chops, Chemistry With The Offense & The Alpha Dog WRs Bills QB Josh Allen joined One Bills Live following day 2 of training camp. He discussed his offseason acting endeavors, the chemistry the offense has early on in camp, and his evaluation of the wide receiver group on the roster. He went on to share his thoughts on the guys in front of him along the offensive line, the difference in the offense under Joe Brady, and the next step with second year TE Dalton Kincaid. Finally, they played a fun lightning round with the Bills QB and asked him a variety of off the field questions.
  6. no reason for him to do that, that soon. let him establish the offense while helping to lead the team to a couple of rings first. that would look much better on his resume then only a year and a half of OC experience in buffalo under his belt?
